Pant Teg Farm Reviews

Stayed at this amazing cottage seriously, it's a total gem! Super spacious with killer views that are practically therapy. Clean as a whistle, and can we talk about that fireplace and hot tub combo? Pure bliss. The owners? Absolute legends. Gave us the grand tour of the farm, making the whole stay feel extra special. They're the kind of hosts you want to grab a pint with. Little touches made it feel like home a bottle of Prosecco, a cute basket of eggs, and all the farmfresh milk you can handle. Honestly, this place is a winner. If you want a chill vibe, epic views, and hosts who go above and beyond, this is your spot. Highly, highly recommend!
Fantastic farmhouse, comfortable and homely. The owner was also an amazing host. Such a friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. She was amazing. Weve been on many a new years break with friends. This was by far the best.
What a fantastic find! We were umming and ahhing over a few properties as a last minute Christmas booking and were so glad that we eventually decided on Pant Teg. The owners were so welcoming and so accommodating to our sometimes silly requests. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic, place was described and more, fantastic owners, made us feel so welcome, nothing was to much. Place was so cosy and had everything to meet our needs, well recommended to anyone!!! Grateful things to do locally too, loved the farm tour and the caves

What an incredible Property! We have stayed all over the country in countless cottages, but this place is easily the most homely, comforting property we have been to. It literally felt like our home within 1 day. The space and facilities are excellent and its location was perfect for our needs. But What makes this place sooooo special are the amazing Hosts!! We have never experienced such kindness and hospitality in this type of accommodation. One of our party was recovering from major knee surgery, and with his wife who doesnt drive were limited in what they could do. But our host went above and beyond anything we could have imagined to make their stay truly memorable. Taking them into town, taking them to events they really enjoyed, baking things for us, taking us to watch the sunset. But at no time intruding on our privacy. As well as a truly memorable holiday we now have some incredible friends who we will treasure for years! Thanks for everything and we will defo be staying again soon
We feel very lucky to find Pant teg farm as soon as we arrived we felt the warmth and generosity of our hosts Alun and Angharad. The farm walk and feeding the calfs was just brilliant and seeing how the farm works was fascinating. Beautiful surroundings and the farm house had everything you could need a proper home away from home . If you get chance go see the caves
Darren
We enjoyed a really lovely break and our hosts were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and you could sense a genuine passion to make out stay exceptional. The accommodation was immaculate and spacious. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pant Teg Farm to anybody considering a relaxing and beautiful holiday in Wales.
Wow! From the moment we arrived at this wonderful property we were made to feel very welcome, and the hospitality continued throughout our stay. Angharad showed us around the house and made sure we were happy, we couldnt have been more impressed! We loved helping Alun and Angharad feed the calves, especially our two children. Our son was in charge of the chickens for a few days, and he so enjoyed letting them out and rounding them up later in the day. Angharad provided us with some great hidden gems to visit, and the caves thanks Dewi were fantastic! Special mention to Gladys and the pups mischievous and cute! The facilities in the house were home from home, loved using the Rayburn to cook our beef roast was perfect! We will definitely be returning at some point!
We had a lovely break for my Wife's 50th birthday. Angharad put up banners and balloons to surprise my wife. As hosts we couldn't have asked for anymore, so friendly and helpful. The house was exceptional with all the amenities you could hope for. The Rayburn was a delight to use, with the kitchen big enough for the entire family 5 adults & 1 toddler. We were lucky to be at the farm during calving season and we had the pleasure of watching them being fed. Then we all relaxed in the hot tub in the evening. Thank you Angharad.
Adrienne
What wonderful time we have had at Pant Teg. We had never used a Rayburn before but loved making endless cups of tea and eating warm Welsh cakes! So homely and restful. We seemed to spend most of our time sitting in the Kitchen, or the Hot Tub at the end of a busy day exploring the local area or the south coast . There are beautiful walks nearby. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and were on hand to advise interesting places to visit and where to eat. Pant Teg is a beautiful Paradise! Looking forward to visiting again!
Amazing time staying at this fabulous location. It is a wonderful base for exploring the dramatic and beautiful South Wales coastline. From walking breathtaking coastal paths, cycling country lanes, swimming in the sea and then returning to enjoy the hot tub and relaxing in this spacious farmhouse. A great place for families. The owners are so lovely and make your stay very special. Would recommend and would love to return to stay again.
In short I rate the house as 6 out of 5, it feels like home, warm and welcoming. Picturesque setting and perfect for exploring from. I had thought to eat out lots, but the kitchen is wonderfully equipped and the Rayburn oven is temptation too strong to forego. Homely comforts and a log fire at the end of the day, you ease back into a comfortable sofa and happily reflect on your day. Angharad is so helpful, wonderfully welcoming with a warmth to out do the log burner. We enjoyed a guided walk up the local mountain, a tour of the farm, met the vet. And so we discovered more than just a holiday house. We found ourselves at the beating heart of Wales and basked in the warmth that radiated from it. But don't just take my word for it, book this property, go, discover. I think you will agree with me. By the way, one of Angharad's recommended pubs Red Lion, food is lush.
