Rachael
Absolutely fantastic break away with friends for New Year. The property is the best I've stayed in. Extremely comfortable, clean and maintained beautifully. Would definitely book again.
Sharon
Fantastic lodge, well equipped, spotlessly clean. Welcome pack very much appreciated. Couldn't wish for any more.
Joanne
The lodge itself was beautiful, it was the sight we had the issue with. The sight is massive and the bars, area for entertainment and swimming just can't cope. We couldn't do most activities as booked up in advance. We was very disappointed. Didn't enjoy our holiday really because of it. Nothing to do.
Excellent lodge, very clean and well equipped.
Rebecca
Lovely lodge in a great spot with a fantastic view from the hot tub!
We had an amazing time at 8 Castle View, from first arriving and seeing just how well looked after and maintained the lodge is and the lovely welcome basket. We had everything we needed and more, and all had great nights sleep each night. The view is second to none of one of the lakes. Plenty for the kids to do, and things for adults too. Thank you to Rachael and her family for a great stay
Steven
We had an absolutely amazing holiday in Castle View 8. A beautiful lodge with all the facilities you could wish for. The lodge was lovely and clean and fabulous treats on arrival. Fantastic communication from the owner making everything so easy. Thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday.
The property was everything that we wanted. The owner went above and beyond to help us and too make sure we had the best time. Thank you for a great weekend
Andrew
Not good for Summer as no air con and the cabin gets really really hot. Also as its not with Away resorts your very limited on things to do also your only advised to get entertainment passes through them not that you need to, to be able to do anything. You have to check out by 9.30 in the morning which leaves you no time at all if you have a family to sort out in the morning
Leslie
An absolutely beautiful lodge with just about everything you expect and more like the washerdryer, dishwasher, Alexa and excellent wifi not forgetting the gorgeous welcome food and drink basket and the cleanliness was 2nd to none. ALL TOGETHER BRILLIANT AND A BIG THANK YOU TO RACHAEL
A beautiful lodge very well equipped a lot of thought has gone into the accommodation. Little things like fans in all the bedrooms it was very clean throughout and in a quite area of the park Rachel has been very helpful lovely lady. We would love to go back and would highly recommended. My younger Son was sad when it was time to leave.
Ideal quiet location at the end of a cul de sac overlooking a lake. The lodge was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our party of 6. Although we purchased passes at an additional cost we didn't use them as found the entertainment block more suited to families with children, especially at the weekend.
Lauren
Stayed here this weekend with 5 of my girls and I would definitely recommend. It was extremely clean and tidy and very spacious. The facilities were amazing too, it was stocked with everything. The best part for us was the view from the veranda. Stunning views overlooking the lake. Hot tub was very clean and well maintained another great thing to have and it was up to temperature when we arrived so we made full use of it! Overall a wonderful stay, I would definitely go back, thank you!!
We had a wonderful weekend at the lodge. One of the nicest ones I have come across, very well equipped and very clean. Perfect location. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
Really pleased with quiet location and quality of all that was provided. Only negative was knives needed sharpening
Jessica
Lovely cabin, lovely holiday in general, exactly what we wanted out of our stay. The owner is incredibly helpful. The location on site is spot on. Would highly recommend. T
Stephen
Fantastic all round
Rebecca
The lodge was fantastic. So clean and had everything we needed. Great view. The owner was really helpful and we will be back!
This was a much needed break . Excellent setting and really liked the welcome basket . The whole experience was very good .
The lodge was lovely. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The x box had some excellent family games which was perfect for when it was raining. The grounds were also lovely. The hot tub had a lot of use! The castle was closed but there is a nice little walk on the website which is only 1.9k so good for kids not wanting to walk far. This was a private booking and unfortunately we werent made aware we would need passes for everyone to access the facilities. We werent interested in swimming but the passes were needed just to access the restaurants and arcade. This cost a further 50 which made eating out very expensive indeed. The money paid didnt even include crazy golf which was another 5 per head. It also meant a long time in a queue waiting to get into guest services to pay for the passes. Part of the reason it took so long is we hadnt been told we would need to register for COVID reasons before getting our passes. We also werent informed everything needs booking online which meant we were very limited in where we could go, what we could do and when. Overall, this was a good break and I would definitely go back but information could be significantly improved.
A modern lodge in an idyllic setting. Great views across the lake but still afforded excellent privacy when using the hot tub and outdoor seating area . Absolutely brilliant and I never knew such a lovely find was on my doorstep!
This was certainly a luxury lodge we've stayed at this location three times and this is by far the best lodge we've had. Lots of little finishing touches made the property a delight to stop in. There was a fabulous welcome basket, every appliance you could wish for, there was space for everyone even with three bedrooms it felt really spacious and the hot tub overlooking the lake was the final finishing touch. The lodge is a lovely quiet culdesac location but within easy walking distance of the site facilities should you need them. We would definitely recommend and can't wait to return.
Natalie
This was our 3rd stay at Tattershall lakes and our 1st at this lodge and it exceeded everything from the moment we walked in it was perfect the attention to detail made it a real home from home feeling. The welcome pack was so very well thought of and the little touches around the lodge made you feel home! A fan in each of the rooms was a god send! Very well thought of with every detail. We loved this lodge & would highly recommend. thank you for a wonderful stay & as always Tattershall you never disappoint
Accommodation was great . Position poor. Wanted to be on a fishing lake . Had to get up at 4.30 in a morning to find a peg to fish . Not enough pegs on site for people whose accomadation does not have a private fishing peg to fish from .
Philip
Was for my three adult children and their partners they said it was fantastic and will be returning with their children
Georgia
The welcome basket, area and facilities all exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return!
Michelle
Perfect Perfect Perfect. ...thats all there is to say !! The only one complaint, is the x box, there is no games for it, you have to connect to the wifi which you are charged for and then the console does a load of updates which uses all of your data !! A few games supplied would give this a 10 out of 10 instead of 9.5 !!!
Heather
Second stay in two months. We love Tattershall and this is my favourite lodge by far. My mum needs a hip replacement and has back pain but she loves this lodge as its spacious and peaceful. The full size single beds means she can get in out easy and the bath has handles for her. She can always get inout hot tub which really eases her pain and helps her swollen feet! I bring my 4 year old too who loves playing hide and seek ! He loves the hot tub and watching all the ducks and swans. We have been in the heat of the summer and the chilly autumn nights and its just as magical. We love the Farm park nearby for a fun day out. Can not wait to return to this lodge. The owners really look after the lodge and the welcome hampers is a lovely touch . See you in 2020 !
Samantha
We had a lovely time in this lodge. It was very clean and homely, with everything you need. The view was fantastic over the lake and it was lovely to sit and watch the water sports with a morning coffee! The hot tub was a treat which all the family enjoyed. Although the lodge is on the edge of the resort, it was only a pleasant 10 minute walk to the centre restaurants, entertainment, childrens park Would definitely recommend for families with children couples having a quiet break. As well as enjoying the on site entertainment, we visited Tattershall castle which was a lovely walk around and took the children to tattershall farm park which was also a lovely afternoon out.
Joanne
The lodge is the best we have ever stayed in. It is so comfortable and home from home the owners certainly made us feel like we was very welcomed. The views every day was such a bonus. The washing machine, dishwasher, bath, on suite, and hot tub was just perfect. Comfortable beds, fans in each room, extra towels, Spotlessly clean just made our stay more enjoyable. The kids age 13 & 16 thoroughly enjoyed the water sports, the swimming pool, evening entertainment and the hot tub was fabulous. I would definitely book again and will certainly be recommending this lodge to my family and friends.
Heather
Weve stayed in different lodges in Tattershall over the past 4 years. This one was by far the best! Up to date and fresh furnishing. Bath is a bonus as my child hates showers. Full size single beds not the smaller ones you get in caravans. Good size wardrobes. Washing machine is a bonus so you dont go home with loads of washing ideal for if you have kids or long stay. Dishwasher thumbs up. Shower en suite good size . The lodge is in a quiet area overlooking the aqua sports lake. While there are people on the lake 1067 pm you dont feel like it invades your privacy. Its fun to watch. You can sit in the hot tub and relax with the beautiful views. We took food with us because the restaurants in the complex arent great and you need an entertainment pass. But we have previously used local pubs the chip shop and Chinese which are are 45 min drive max. Theres a farm park 5 mins drive 6.50pp which is a fun day out and Woodhall spa nearby for walks, visit the outdoor heated pool. There are RAF aircraft practicing above which we love and dont mind the sound. We didnt want to leave because the lodge was so beautiful. My advice if staying in Tattershall pay the extra for lake views! As soon as returned home we booked a weekend in October here.
Rachel
The lodge was lovely, hot tub was amazing. We really enjoyed the lodge it was very spacious and clean the nicest lodge we have stayed in. The park itself was lovely although the food was a let down if we were to return Id definitely do a shop for dinner but apart from that we all really enjoyed ourselves.
Alison
We enjoyed the fly pasts of all the RAF planes while in the hot tub. Amazing.

Rushmoor Country Park - GU10 1ET
about 21 Miles
Located in Louth in Lincolnshire this is an ideal attraction when you want to get out in the fresh air and explore. There are many animals to see including ponies and piglets which the little ones love.  There are also some amazing birds from hawks and falcons to owls.  Most aspects of this attraction are included in the admission cost and as well as wandering around you get to hold and feed the animals too.  A real highlight are the micro pigs which are just like real pigs but in miniature.  Fully grown they are around the size of a spaniel!  If you get hungry then you can take your own picnic to the picnic areas or head for the tea room selling delicious food and children's meals too.
Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB
about 22 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
