What a fantastic cottage, everything you need and more. We stayed with our son, elderly parents and our dog for a long weekend. Although the weather wasn't the best we still managed to get out for a few walks and use the hot tub. The dog loved the outside garden!!! This is one of the most amazing holiday homes we have stayed in. We stayed over Xmas and the property was tastefully decorated with a fantstic welcome pack and the hosts had provided things like turkey sized foil and xmas napkins. it was spotlessly clean and well maintained and so well designed to enjoy family time in the spacious open plan kitchen and lounge. The games room and hot tub are the icing on the cake. The owners are really thoughtful and helpful and. We have booked for next Xmas!

Lynne and Wayne's place was amazing, we had the nicest week 6 adults, 2 dogs and a baby and there was plenty of space. The place was fully equipped, and we were even left cheeses, crackers, home made brownies and prosecco upon arrival! The hot tub was great and Wayne kept it clean all week, and the games room was great for evening fun. The dogs had the best week running around the paddock! We were within walking distance of the Fishing Lakes with a nice tea rooms and plenty of pubs local!

The cottage is really clean, well decorated, very well equipped and very warm in the winter. The owners, Lynne and Wayne, are very hospitable and welcoming. The cottage and gardens are very dog-friendly with an enclosed dog paddock and a big field that we could do some training with our dog, along with outdoor taps and towels. We did a couple of do g walks from the cottage and then locally there are other great walks and pubs. Enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. We had a very relaxing time!
