The Anchorage Bleasby Reviews

Gillian
Had an absolutely amazing time. My family loved it. My son really loved the fishing. It was his 50th birthday and he said he couldn't have wished for better surroundings for sharing it with all the family.
Simon
The location of this holiday home is absolutely breathtaking and completely private an amazing place
Donna
Lovely location and beautiful lake. If you have dogs wonderful secure open space for them. Had a wonderful stay would love to come back one day.
Giovanni
The bathrooms would certainly improve by the addition of some shelves for toiletries, bath mats and loo paper holders. Mirrors in bedrooms would also be welcome. In the terrace, attention to clearing cobwebs from under the balcony would greatly improve the area as it would also be a major improvement the possibility to control the lights not to com e on all at the same time.
Susan
The Anchorage was amazing. Fabulous location, so peaceful and relaxing with everything you needed. It exceeded our expectations and the lake was brilliant for fishing!
Susan

This is an all weather attraction located in Ilkeston Derbyshire.  With a large play frame as well as bikes and ride on toys this is a fun place for young children.  The toddler time sessions take place during term times on week days from 9.30am until 2.30pm and are very popular. The admission fee is excellent value for money and parents can sit down and enjoy a drink while the children play. A new baby changing facility has now been installed together with some new chairs making this a clean and welcoming attraction for families.  Look out for offers on their website such as a free hot drink on select days.

This is a top class theme park with plenty to do for the whole family.  From thrilling rides to more gentle activities for the little ones this place is ideal.  The best thing is that 50% of their attractions are under cover so the British weather needn't spoil the fun.
Heights of Abraham - DE4 3PT

This unique attraction combines an array of activities.  If you have a look on their website there are some good video clips which give an even better idea of what this attraction is all about.  Some of the highlights include the Cable Car system which is actually Britain's first alpine style cable car system.  You are transported from the valley floor right up above where you can enjoy superb Dewent Valley Views.  You can also stroll around 60 acres of wooded hillside on foot to see an array of birds and wildlife.
