We loved the cottage and would thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay, everything was great, Katy was there if we needed anything, lovely setting with lovely walks, the fire and hot tub were a great addition to the whole experience. Would definitely recommend.

Totally wonderful place to stay for a few days with our adult daughters so much laughter. The large open plan upstairs kitchensitting room made it so very social amazing views and a warming log fire just added to the delight. Great to have three bedrooms that could all be made up as very comfortable doubles and lovely warm bathrooms. Katy made us all very welcome her shortbread is legendary.

We had a lovely stay. An exceptionally clean and well maintained property with the benefits of a hot tub. Close to many walking routes and village nearby country roads sometime no footpath. Friendly owners and lovely arrival gift. Would recommend.

Katy looked after us so well both before and during our stay with gifts of homemade shortbread and fizz in this lovely barn. The accommodation was just perfect for us with the enjoyment of a hot tub too. The surrounding countryside is lovely with lots to do nearby although we enjoyed just chilling and watching the rain by the log burner.

We had. a beautiful stay at Morgans Barns. The accommodation is clean and cosy and has all the amenities that you will need.Lovely hot tub. Lovely, welcoming hosts. Great local area for walks and to go out and explore. This was the second time I have stayed here and it did not disappoint, would recommend to anyone.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful area. Comfy beds and well appointed although the hob was very difficult to use and a bigger decent frying pan would have been useful particularly for 5 of us, there was only one small frying pan. The upside down accommodation was good although the only exit to the yard for the dogs was through the bedroom. We had a lovely relaxing weekend with some lovely walks from the cottage. The owner left the most delicious home made shortbread and a bottle of fizz which was much appreciated. We stayed Friday to Monday and intended to use the hot tub on Monday morning before breakfast but it had already been emptied and was being cleaned by 8am, we were a bit disappointed by this as check out was 10am and the next guests wouldnt be checking in until 5pm so plenty of time to do this after we left. We did feel a bit rushed to leave because of this.

When we arrived the owners were there to welcome us and throughout the weekend they were there to help. The barn is an amazing renovation that has lovely features of old and new. The underfloor heating in the bedrooms is lovely and the bathrooms are gorgeous. The spot is so close to Honley but far enough away for a quiet night. Also so close to the woods for walks with the dogs

Wonderful property, great walks, many lovely places to eat. Hostess brilliant all our needs and wants were met. We did not want to leave. Highly recommend

Fantastic week at Morgans barn. Beautiful accommodation, clean and welcoming. Hosts very friendly and nothing too much trouble, homemade shortbread and bubbles on arrival a treat. Great location for getting around and our pooch Rocky had the best time on the lovely walks nearby. Would 100 reccomend .

A lovely relaxing stay at Morgans Barn. The property is very spacious and finished to a high standard. The outside space was private and peaceful, with the hot tub a very welcome addition. The owners were easy to communicate with and welcomed us on arrival and left us some Cava and delicious short bread. No complaints about anything! I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Morgans Barn far exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful property, had everything we needed and more, nice welcome touches left by the owners which we all thought was a great start to the stay. Fantasic location, private with countryside views, great walks but also close to rhe little village. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property and the photos just dont do it justice. We were greeted by the owner who took the time to show us round and explain how things worked. There was teacoffee on a tray with delicious homemade shortbread to go with it. We found milk in the fridge along with Prosecco chilling down. Such lovely touches. The property is furnished to the highest of standards, the fixtures and fittings just speak quality. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or return.

Everything about this holiday is perfect, with so much attention to detail. It has everything you could possible require. Everything about this is 100.

A little piece of heaven! We spent a wonderful short break over half term with 3 boisterous boys and we loved the space, close proximity to the woods where the boys loved climbing trees and were delighted to find a rope swing! The owners were super friendly and introduced us to Morgan who's barn had been converted into the most luxurious bedrooms. Morgan seemed most comfortable in his new stable accommodation

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Morgans Barn. It is very comfortably furnished and has all facilities that you could want. The hosts were very friendly and on hand if there are any problems, which we had none. The wood burning stove is a lovely feature and the hot tub is fabulous. We would be more than happy to make a return visit.

Morgans Barn is exactly as the listing. It really is a lovely place to stay. Very rural and quiet but within easy reach of shops and pubs etc. It is a lovely warm barn with excellent underfloor heating, so if you are going in winter, fear not. We actually had to keep turning the heating down. Well furnished with plenty of crockery and glassware, you can prepare anything from a snack to a full on dinner. Katy and her family are so friendly and very responsive on Whatsapp to anything you require. We enjoyed it so much we are going back next year!!!

Second stay at Morgans Barn for us five Golden Girls and what can I say other than 'home from home' but ten times better!

We had such a lovely time from the pre arrival information, the warm welcome, shortbread, Cava and not a single please do not instruction from Katy when she showed us round. Such a positive, relaxing experience in a barn which has everything you could need in all the right places. Cannot recommend Morgans Barn highly enough. Katy has got it just right in every way. Thank you from us all.

Great communication with Katy before we arrived. The property is stunning and certainly as the WOW factor with everything you need for a great stay. Hot tub was great addition and used daily. Honley is a lovely village with great pubs and cafes and also some great walks in the woods. All in all a great stay

We were a group of 5 girls staying at the property, and we couldnt fault anything! It was lovely. The cottage is done up to a very high standard, under floor heating, sensor lights on the mirrors, the beds are comfy and can be either kind beds or split into singles which was perfect for us! The owners live on site and are more than happy to help with any queries but also leave you to it if thats what you prefer. They also offered us a late check out which was very kind of them! We would definitely like to return again. It is set in such a peaceful idyllic setting also and the village of honley which is a short 10 minute walk is great if wanting to venture out for some food or drinks. We ate at punch tapas restaurant which is also would highly recommend!

Fabulous accommodation, lovely welcoming hosts , the whole family including the dog had a wonderful stay. Wonderful, spacious living area which enables everyone to be together whilst preparing food etc . Hot tub was great & was well kept & cleanedemptied after each booking. Excellent location . Delicious shortbread & chilled fizz on arrival was a lovely touch .

This is a lovely, modern property which was very clean. The owners were most welcoming and helpful throughout our 2 night stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and local woodland walks. We would definitely recommend this cottage and a return visit is being planned.We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and family celebration, thank you Kate for providing the extra towels, homemade shortbread and bottle of Cava.

We loved our stay, the owners where wonderful! They accommodation was beautiful and very comfortable and as a family with two dogs it was lovely to have a space we could all be together. Amazing walks all around and Honley is a lovely place, really didnt need to venture much further.
