The property itself was absolutely beautiful and the scenery is incredible. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with utensils, basic kitchen requirements, some toiletries, dressing gowns and the wee gift basket is a lovely touch. Great value for your money lovely house
Penelope
The house is beautifully maintained and was perfect for our needs: a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for an elderly guest and plenty of room for all six of us. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and dining area. We used the hot tub and that was a lovely end to busy days at the V&A and Discovery in Dundee, Scone Palace near Perth and the wonderful Innerpaffray library. Crieff has a couple of good lunch spots too, the Food Co is worth a visit :-)
Gary
Family of 6 adults and two dogs, great weekend. Comfortable, very clean, well thought out lovely accomodation. Games barn and jacuzzi added bonus. Beautiful views. Peaceful location. Host very friendly and helpful. Would love to return.
Graeme
Second visit to Dunedin. A perfect cottage for a quiet get away or exploring the area. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space and a hot tub to relax at the end of the day and star gaze.
Jan
What a wonderful house to relax and spend time with friends and family in. Everything you could need, super comfy beds . Lovely hot tub . Well stocked kitchen with all you could need and a fabulous welcome basket of goodies and local produce. Cosy wood burning stove and plenty of fuel, although the house is so warm, we didn't really need it
Lesley
It's a beautiful home with everything you'd need for a luxurious stay. The communication was great before our stay and we felt really well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back next year.
Fiona
Lovely house, fantastic hot tub and robes/towels provided, great garden for dogs, delicious welcome basket. Recommend going to Gloagburn farm shop.
Lynne
Cottage was perfect. Super cozy and spotless. We loved everything it had to offer. Daily badminton challenge, hot tub disks and reading toasting by the fire. Location was great tucked away but not too far off the main road and super handy for the garden centre and its delicious cakes. We will be back
Susan
We (my 5 girls friends and I) stayed in the property for the weekend. House is fabulous, lovely and cozy yet large enough for six adults. The little touches such as the hand soup (amazing), beautiful bed linen, most comfy beds, robes, beach towels with a welcome hamper were brilliant and really appreciated. Would highly recommend this house. We wil l be back to stay again and again. Excellent.

The property is definitely 5 Lovely little touches like hand wash and lotion in all bathrooms, bath robes, alarm clocks, enormous bath towels and luxury bedding to go with the most comfortable beds. The hot tub was an added bonus and the play barn great if you have kids. The garden was large enough to be able to throw the ball for the dogs. We had a lovely stay at Dunedin, surrounded by gorgeous fields on all sides, the barn was great for having a game of tennis or a basketball match with the kids. It's a great location and pretty central to most of the must seen sights (Scone Palace, Active kids adventure Park, Huntingtower Castle etc). Every night we finished off with a relaxing hot tub whilst gazing at the stars. Be be going again next year.
John
Loved staying at Dunedin. Property had lots of room for everyone. Really clean and well presented. Appreciated the welcome goodies, especially the soda bread! Had great fun playing in the barn when the weather wasn't good. Great location - easy to get to all major attractions in Perthshire and Stirlingshire. Even trip to Edinburgh airport to for a pick up didn't take that long!
Neil
Lovely clean and well equipped house. Very quiet location. Games in the barn were great. We were really lucky with the weather.
Dawn
Absolutely stunning location, we had a fabulous time. Dunedin is very well equipped with everything that a family could need. The cottage was absolutely spotless and very comfy. The games barn was very well used.
Stephen
2nd time we have stayed at Dunedin. Outstanding cottage. Well equipped. Peace and quiet. Only hear the birdsong. But not far from amenities. Plenty places to see. Owner David, not intrusive but there if you need anything. Bedrooms very spacious, on suite a big bonus. Will definitely return. And recommend to anyone.
Alexandria
Couldn't have made a better choice to celebrate some special birthdays. Would highly recommend it. There were 7 of us from teenage to Great Gran plus a dog and it had something to offer us all.
Elizabeth I
Fabulous location for a getaway from it all break. House is superb, 3 huge bedrooms and extremely comfortable beds, and so much space outside. Hot tub fabulous and had the best weather of the year so far, we could have been in Spain.
Jemma
We were a group of friends wanting a nice location for a weekend away to celebrate a birthday and could not have been more impressed! The property is lovely with great facilities and everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The hot tub was especially fab! Will definitely be back.
Ian
Fantastic trip back to Dunedin and good to stay there during a different season. Made much more use of the log burner this time , whereas the last time was mainly sunbathing in the garden The cottage was just as homely and comfortable as we remembered, and David was just as discreet when check on the hot tub daily. Still cant recommend this place highly enough. Only just over an hour from Edinburgh, but really does seem in the middle of nowhere where you can just switch off and relax.
Kenneth
Fabulous cottage. Clean, warm and very cosy. Myself and partner, 2 daughters and their husbands spent a really lovely 7 days here and would recommend it to anyone. Heating system was perfect, but the log fire was a gorgeous "Extra". Beds huge and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.
Laura
Genuinely the best equipped cottage we've ever stayed at - we've formed a list over the years of things we have to bring with us and we didn't need to use any of them! The handwash was a particular highlight
Yvonne
I've already rebooked , we had a lovely time x
Cheryl
Excellent, well equipped cottage, wev been to dog friendly accommodation before which arent always the nicest but this cottage was very nicely decorated and clean. Great for getting away from a busy lifestyle, the barn out back is great for burning some energy before relaxing in the hot tub, great outdoor area for our dogs to run about, only downfa ll is theres no paths to walk with the dogs. Would definitely recommend Dunedin.
Emma
My friends and I go away every November and this is one of our top stays. The cottage was very clean and comfy. The owners did lots of lovely small touches such as welcome baskets and robes for the hot tubs. Overall lovely stay !
Lexy
Fantastic picturesque cottage Wouldnt change a thing has everything you would need for a restful break The owners are lovely and so helpful Highly recommend
Chris
Beautiful house that made a real home from home. Great for a large family getaway or a couple of families sharing. Great facilities that suited our needs with elderly family with mobility needs. Couldnt have asked for more really.
Richard
We had an excellent family holiday at Dunedin. Peaceful location and relatively quick to get to Crieff or Perth. The house is very spacious, even with four adults and two teenagers. The beds are large and comfortable and the house is very clean and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped for all types of meals. The play barn is an excellent id ea. We had two teenage girls who were never out of it. We enjoyed our time so much we booked another visit before the end of our week.
