The views from the property are so much better in person! Couldnt recommend this lodge enough, the owners were very accommodating and checked in on us from time to time while also giving us privacy. The place was spotless and had everything we needed!

Wow! What a wonderful place. From the perfect scenery that surrounds the property to the finest of details being catered for in the outstanding cottage we were completely blown away. It was a pleasure to stay in a property of this standard and the hosts were brilliant also. We struggled to find the light for the hot tub area and a simple call to thRead moree host Jonathan and he was able to direct us what to do. We will definitely return next year and cannot wait. An absolutely wonderful base for our week in Scotland. The Lodge was in a beautiful location. We spent many an afternoon sat in the window watching the ever changing landscape around us. There is a road between the lodge and the Loch, and you do hear traffic noise, however, the road isnt busy and it really doesnt impact on any aspect of your stay. Beautiful property with amazing views comfortable and well equipped

A lovely property in a splendid location. It has everything you could need for a super holiday. We found the local people very friendly - ready to suggest places to visit. We visited Crieff, Calender and the amazing Glencoe. Because the property is so well situated, we didn't eat out in the evening but did visit the local store for coffee and cake
Nina
Great week long stay. House is lovely with every piece of equipment you can think of, even has a blender, cookbooks and condiments. Complimentary prosecco, fresh bread and eggs was a lovely touch. Lovely comfy bed and the hot tub was fabulous. Absolutely stunning scenery out onto the Loch. Plenty of walks nearby and further afield. Stunning country side whether you travel east or west with villages and coffee stops along the way. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely return.

The house is an ideal retreat for a couple who are looking for a relaxing time. The location is superb with wonderful views over the loch and towards the mountains. Comrie has all the shopping essentials with an added bonus of a very good restaurant, Deil's Cauldron. Yes, there is some light traffic along the road but it did not deter us from enjoy ing the holiday. A drive out to Glen Coe was well worth the effort as was a shorter trip to Killin. Highly recommended.

We have just had a lovely relaxing week in Milestone Lodge - very comfortable and well equipped! Views from the property are outstanding and generally the traffic/road noise did not impact on our enjoyment, however, there was a notable increase in volume on Sunday, particularly motor bikes, which could be an issue in high season/bank holidays. We w ere a bit apprehensive reading an earlier review suggesting the property would benefit from some TLC, but refresh of paint in some areas would sort it
Duncan
Beautiful property and amazing to have a hot tub. The welcome gifts were also much appreciated. The only slight downside was the close proximity to a main road made worse by a motorbike convention that coincided with our visit. Saying that it is an amazing location with spectacular views and wouldn't stop us staying.
Michael
Lovely and well equipped cottage in a really great location. Wonderful views and lots to do locally if you want to get out and about. Watching the sun go down ( if you're lucky enough to have some sun!) from the hot tub is fabulous.
Alan
Great location, very special place. Could do with little TLC. Very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.
Margaret
Fabulous property and location. Beautiful view over the loch - a peaceful spot, but with all amenities nearby. An excellent centre for touring Perthshire and beyond. The property was immaculate and the host had thought of all requirements for a relaxing break. We really did appreciate the thoughtful welcome package! I would highly recommend this lo dge to couples seeking an escape to the country.
Denise
This is an amazing Lodge with all the home comforts you could need. The owners have put in lots of lovely touches and the views over the Loch were a lovely accompaniment to my morning coffee. They have put a lot of effort in to making the Lodge perfect. I took lots of things I didnt need (coffee, salt, pepper, etc). Take some candles with you for a round the hot tub and enjoy the relaxing surroundings and the extremely comfy bed. I really didnt want to come home and will be booking again.
Emma
We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely amazing, as soon as we walked through the door we fell in love with the place and most definitely will be going back in the future.
Michael
I found milestone lodge a beautifully presented and well equipped lodge. I spent a week alone in solitude and was just utter peaceful and relaxing! The views incredible and the hot tub an excellent bonus! I would definitely return one day.
Paul

Hilary
Great location for scenic drives, Glencoe is a must. Lodge was lovely and beautifully furnished and decorated.
Michael
A place where memories are made, shared and enjoyed. Had a great time on the shoreline of Loch Earn and visited many other locations and attractions.
J
This well maintained and comfortable property is in a lovely location with gorgeous views over Loch Earn and well placed for visiting surrounding areas. As some other guests have commented there is occasional traffic noise as the main road runs immediately in front of the lodge (more noticeable during the night) but this doesnt detract from its man y special features.
Katie
Lovely modern and well-equipped cottage with the most spectacular views across Loch Earn. Great for our three-night get-away. It is easy to find but being located right next to the main road be aware there is some traffic noise when windows open but only until early evening when traffic becomes very light. The hot tub was close to the ground floor bathroom and bedroom with kitchen/living space upstairs to make most of the view. Cold Prosecco and homemade bread on arrival was a lovely touch.
Maggie
We enjoyed our stay it was very comfortable. The hot tub and the views were wonderful and would recommend and stay again. The welcome pack was appreciated. Thank you
Mike

Mark
The cottage was spotless and well equipped, very comfortable and well located. Perfect in every way. The Prosecco, freshly baked bread and eggs were a nice touch and very much appreciated. We would definitely like to come back.
Shona
Milestone Lodge is a beautiful holiday cottage. Its was sparkling clean. Its all very tastefully decorated & has everything you would need. The views from the windows are beautiful. We were left a welcome gift of fresh eggs, home baked bread & a bottle of Prosecco. Such a lovely touch & very welcome. The jacuzzi is great & is beautifully housed for discreetness. The only small comment I would make is the very low sofa. For people with joint troubles it was difficult getting out of.
Lesley
A great, fun, property in a fairly remote location but ideal for outdoor leisure. Well appointed and spotlessly clean, and the hot tub was a real bonus! Can highly recommend it.
Jack
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, everything was very clean and well presented, the welcome prosseco, bread and eggs were great (who doesn't love prosseco in a hot tub). The views that you get from the windows are absolutely stunning. We only went out twice during out short week stay, once to the Christmas shop in Crief(who doesn't love a Christmas shop) and the other for a drive to Glencoe where we had lunch at a reccomended pub(very nice). The place was fantastic, worth every penny
Samantha
Such a beautiful place. Clean and cozy with some thoughtful touches such as a bottle of wine, bread and eggs. Stunningly staged and everything you need is there. Everything is a high spec too. We wouldn't have changed one bit... Well, maybe book for longer next time. 20 minutes to the supermarket and a nice pub with good food too. Stunning walks. W as worth the wait. We'll definitely be back.
Jackie
Amazing place. Everything was perfect, even down to the little details. Definitely going back
Alan
Excellent holiday, just as we remembered it pre covid, welcome pack was appreciated, weather was good, lodge is well equipped, comfy and welcoming. Hot tub was a great treat at the end of the day. Relaxing and able to watch the world go by. Looking forward to our next visit
Jewels
As holiday cottage owners ourselves it was great to be spoilt for a week. Jonathon was a great host, checking we had everything we needed but was in no way intrusive. The cottage is immaculately presented, and well thought out by the owners. It is bright, beautifully decorated and very warm. The location is stunning. We loved it.
Amelia
Milestone Lodge was the first stop on our mini moon trip after getting married. first thoughts were WOW. Walked in - very clean, stunning view of the Loch Earn, fresh warm bread waiting with complimentary chocolates and wedding card! We went end of October and unfortunately there wasnt a lot open during this time, Supermarket and petrol station aro und a 40 minute drive, the only down fall. But if youre looking for complete relaxation with no interruptions this is the PERFECT place to be!!
Sandra
Lovely cottage, with loads of local walks and plenty of historic places to visit. Recommend lunch at St. Fillans Golf Club.
Sarah
We had an amazing holiday here, would definitely recommend it. Beautiful views, lovely lodge with everything we needed there and the hot tub was great!
