Very comfy and clean cottage in beautiful countryside ~ look out for the green woodpeckers in the garden. Hot tub wonderful! Smart TV in the evenings a real bonus. Great location for visiting Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton & more. Appreciated the welcome pack. Enjoyed our stay, but beware booking if you don't like or are allergic to cats; the owners' cats will stroll in if the doors or window are open ... and take food that is left out :-(

We really loved our short break in the Garden Room. The accommodations are superb and its in a peaceful and rural setting. The owners provided a really nice welcome pack and were super-helpful throughout our stay. I recommend taking your mosquito repellent if you are susceptible.

Location was picturesque, still close enough to a small village and not far from Bournemouth beach which makes a great day out. Fantastic week away here for a birthday celebration! We both had a wonderful week. Fantastic location with many local areas of attraction to explore near by. Marwell Zoo is only 5 minutes away and Winchester, Portsmouth and Southhampton are all within a 35 minutes drive. Our hosts were great! The property was very clean and well presented.
