A beautiful house with stunning views. It was a fabulous place to stay, so modern and clean. Would be great if all bedrooms had a TV and the lounge area had some soft lighting lamps, but that's just a personal preference. We all had a terrific 7 nights at Hillside. It is a beautiful house and so comfortable felt like a home from home. We used Hillside as a base for visiting attractions in and around the area. The hot tub was a pleasant relaxation on our return from a day out. Superb and FABULOUS place for a holiday. A little disappointed that the kettle was not an electric kettle. There were 8 of us so took forever to have a cuppa. The hot tub was disappointing too. Didnt get to right temperature until later on the second day and very chalkygritty in the water on the seating parts which left powder on swimming trunkscostumes. No mirror in ground floor bedroom.

Absolutely amazing experience the property was exactly if not better than described, very very clean and decorated and accessorised to a very high standard. The owner popped by to put the bins out and was very pleasant. The views were fantastic from the hot tub easily managed and the property. We would definitely stay here again .

Absolutely beautiful property. We felt at home the minute we arrived. We also got to meet the owner and have a chat, what a lovely guy. Everything was perfect from start to finish and we would definitely return. If I had to raise anything and it really isn't anything to complain about it would be to have a hairdryer in at least one of the rooms. My hair was such a mess . Thank you for making our trip away feel like home from home.

Hillside is a beautiful new property in an idyllic setting. We were lucky to have a week there during a heatwave and the fans in each bedroom were fantastic. We bumped into the owners, who were helpful and friendly. The hot tub is amazing and has fantastic views. Hillside is a 5 minute or so drive from Blandford Forum with supermarkets so it was really easy for us to cater for a party of 8. The amount of bathrooms was perfect for our party. The kitchen is spotless and has everything you could think of. Its clear that a lot of thought has gone into making sure this properly is built to have everything you need and look beautiful at the same time. 1010, thank you.

The mighty Edge ride and the terrifying Cobra rollercoaster are the ones to go for if white knuckle rides are your thing. Live entertainment is also on offer several times throughout the season including some amazing family shows such as "The Light Fantastic" which takes place this October.

Longleat Safari and Adventure Park - BA12 7NW

You may have seen this amazing attraction on the BBC1 Animal Park programme. This is actually the first safari park outside of Africa where you can get close to the animals from the comfort of your own car. Some of the highlights include the zebras, the wallabies in wallaby wood and the sea lion escorted cruise to Gorilla Island. And of course the magnificent lions and tigers are a must see. This really is an animal experience with a difference and you can save money by booking your tickets online. This attraction is open until the end of October. Fort Victoria is many attractions in one convenient location. What once was a historically important fort is now home to a Marine Aquarium, a Model Railway, a Sea Bed Archaeology Exhibition and a Planetarium.
