Overall disappointed, only received an email that the hot-tub was out of use whilst sitting outside the property after a 4 hour drive. The hot-tub was my main filter when I was looking to book a break. Would not have booked-up otherwise. We werent offered the chance to move our break for another time, or offered a partial refund. No answer when cal ling the phone numbers provided, and no one got back to us from Holiday Cottages when we were told someone would be in contact whilst on a live chat.
