Fox Whelp is a delightful holiday cottage. One of the cleanest places weve ever stayed in. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of crockery and glasses provided. We made full use of the log burner and the hot tub. A very peaceful area - only 20mins walk to the local golf club. They do a good Sunday roast and also have a childrens menu. Great c entral spot with easy driving to the coast, Wells and Cheddar. This was our second visit to Fox Whelp and we plan to return again next year.

This was a wonderful location. So peaceful. We loved it and so did our dog. The cottage was gorgeous and we loved the garden. It was private , beautiful and ideal to sit out every day and enjoy our meals alfresco. Lots of outdoor seating and an undercover area too. The complex of houses are beautiful. The location was great - just a couple of minutes drive from the pretty village of Wedmore and with easy access to the beaches at Burnham, Brean and Berrow and inland to Wells and Glastonbury. First off, the photographs of the cottage do not do it justice. It is really lovely. So is the garden, the orchard and the surrounding area. It you want a really peaceful, quiet holiday with beautiful surroundings this is the place for you. The hot tub is an added bonus. Lots to do in the surrounding area (you will definitely need a car) and take t owels (they are not provided).

What a great week away! The cottage was really well maintained and decorated. Everything youd need for a little break. The welcome package of a bottle of cider and some fresh made bread was lovely. The hot tub was the perfect addition to the beautifully decorated cottage. Perfect for our small family of four. An Amazing place to stay a real home from home in a fantastic location. It was brilliant for everyone enclosed garden for the dog as well as a massive open space for her to run around during the day. Daughter met a friend and played in the orchard accommodation was clean lovely size and had everything we needed including a hot tub. Fox Whelps is a lovely, comfortable cottage within in a very peaceful, welcoming setting. Everything was beautiful around us and the hot tub a surprise bonus. We had everything we needed and the host was always around should we need anything at all. It was well located to get to all the places we wished to visit, such as Cheddar, the coast and Well s.
