This amazing barn conversion was our comfortable base so we could join family in the village for Christmas. Orwell and Sarah had thought of everything we might need and made us very welcome. Sadly we didn't have the opportunity to make full use of the lounge but breakfast together round the table in the kitchen was a real treat. The scenery is fantRead moreastic although we were not blessed with good weather. Thank goodness for the wonderfully warm utility room which took wet coats, leads and towels. Hide

Lovely converted barn. We were there for work; both my husband and I visit factories in Wales and this was the perfect half-way house for us, allowing us to get to sites and to work from 'home' in between. Very well equipped, good WiFi, lovely views across the fields, which was lovely and relaxing after a day in front of the screens. We are returniRead moreng in January! Hide

The eight of us had a lovely weeks holiday. The landscape was beautiful, the village was tranquil and the locals were so friendly and personal. The cottage was perfect. It was tidy, well equipped and provided enough space for us all to roam. The hot tub was idyllic too. Thank you for a great stay. We all loved it.

Lovely accommodation in a very quiet location. It was so lovely not to hear anything but nature, the birds singing and the horses in the field next to the property, so peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation was well equipped with everything you could need and the owners were nearby should you require any help or advice.
Sheri
Fantastic Stay, one of our best family holiday trips, it was so lovely to look out onto horses in the fields. Hot tub was perfect very clean and easy to use. Cottage is beautiful with all equipment needed. Owners so friendly and welcoming but not intrusive.
Rebecca
We had a lovely time, despite one of us being poorly. The location is perfect with beautiful far reaching views, and the cottage is spacious but cosy, a real home from home with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub added the finishing touch and was enjoyed by everyone! We received a very warm welcome from the cottage owners and this was topped off with a bottle of fizz left in the fridge along with tea, coffee, sugar and delicious Welsh cakes, they really have thought of everything!
Helen
We went to the cottage to celebrate my mums 80th birthday, 3 generations (8 people) enjoying some lovely family time. Its off the beaten track but that was the beauty of it, although not far from Carmarthen (about 15 mins) & Tenby (about 45 mins). It was ideal as we had a couple dogs so plenty of nice walks to wear them out! The cottage is well lai d out & lovingly decorated. Fully equipped, spacious & the hot tub was a great way to spend a few hours chatting in the sunset! We had a lovely time
Michael
We all found the cottage ( there were 7 of us ) a lovely home from home ,each of our rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean .We cooked Christmas dinner with ease as all pots pans and utensils were supplied , even washing up was easy with the dishwasher. The living room was comfortable with enough comfy seating for us all . The bonus of a hot tub to relax in was wonderful, The owners must get a mention as friendly and helpful too. Definitely a place to come back to
Sue
We absolutely loved our stay. The facilities and location are excellent. The hot tub was enjoyable, the cooking facilities had everything you need, the beds were very comfy. There's lots of lovely walks on your doorstep with a village pub in close proximity to stop for a drink. We visited Pembroke, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Carmarthen and Pembrey which were all enjoyable days out. My daughter left some toys in a drawer and the owner kindly sent them back to us which was greatly appreciated :-)
Jacqueline
Cottage is in an idyllic location with great views all round. It's a nice quiet area with easy access to some lovely sandy unspoilt beaches. We were a party of 7 adults, a toddler and 2 dogs and it was perfect for us all. Had a fabulous week.

A really lovely cottage with everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Mr and Mrs Davies were very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. A beautiful quiet location, but in easy reach of lovely beaches. It was a very hot week and the hot tub was very well used.

Exceptionally wonderful views. Cottage has everything you need. Owners Orwel and Sarah couldn't be more welcoming and friendly , they went out of their way to ensure that our holiday was brilliant even recommending and then booking us into resturants. Highly recommend.

Lovely place in a beautiful situation. The cottage was clean and comfortable and generally well equipped for those of us who like cooking e.g. a good supply of large casserole dishes. It is well situated for visiting the National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens as well as the beaches at Pembrey and Saundersfoot.
Tanya
Beautiful, peaceful location but close to so many family days out. The cottage is lovely and even with 8 people doesn't feel at all crowded. Owners were very helpful and happy to answer any questions.

Wonderful stay! Our stay was just perfect, the house is lovely and clean, there was everything that we needed for a family of eight and two dogs. The views from the garden are beautiful especially from the hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped and every room was lovely and warm. There were lots of places to visit, we went to burry port beach which was close by and parc y boc farm shop . We can't wait to return and we would definately recommend for a short or long stay. An idyllic, beautiful cottage in a dreamy location. The cottage had everything you needed for a weekend away, the facilities were brilliant and everything was so comfortable. Hot tub it obviously a massive commodity, it's so lovely to sit in it and look out over the country side. We used it alot at night to stare up at the stars. The cottage felt v ery private, we weren't overlooked by the owners, but their dogs were a welcome suprise each morning. I would love to go back again.
Michael
