I can honestly say that this was the best house Ive ever rented for a holiday. It just had everything, the best equipped kitchen, loads of space, 4 bathrooms and a downstairs loo. The hot tub was amazing, checked regularly and clean. It was just so comfortable. Brilliant communication with the owner who was also lovely. Will rebook for sure.

Just returned from a week stay at this lovely house .6 adults 3 children aged 4 and under and a dog . Everything was perfect Meitner the owner was lovely and very accommodating. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful property in a beutiful location. Everything in the house has been well thought through and executed to a high standard. I couldn't recommend this property any higher. The place is outstanding and Meinir is always on hand close by to help out with any issues. Lampeter may have been a bit quieter than we imagined but we did go out of season and the property was absolutely faultless and had loads to keep us entertained. Our only issue was a slightly temperamental WiFi and TV signal but we hear the fibre optic is being introduced very shortly. 5 all day!!

What an amazing weekend. The house is amazing, with everything you need feel like you are at home, away from home. The owner was extremely welcoming and came to meet us, having left a lovely hamper of bits for everyone. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this. Scenery is great. Location is great. 40 mins away from various beaches. Shops are 5 minutes a way. Kids loved the games room and the hot tub. The dog loved the open space. The grown ups loved the peace and quiet.

This is truly a beautiful house with fantastic hosts who are on hand to help if there are any problems. My family and I had a lovely (but wet) weeks stay. The house was spacious it had everything and more that was needed. The dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer were a godsend and the hot tub and games room were lovely after a long day. It is situated in a beautiful location with rolling mountains and red kites flying daily. We loved staying here and will definitely come back again.

The childrens toy had everything a child needs. The BBQ was really clean, we used everyday the first week of our holiday. The owner came round every morning to do the hot tub. H e came every couple of days take the rubbish away. You need a car to travel to the beach. There are lots of tea room in Lampeter.

They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn. Merlin Hill Centre is a working dairy farm located deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Although not a petting farm the farm is still very family friendly with plenty of fun activities to keep children happy. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!
