Just spent a week at this truly amazing place and can't wait to come back again. It was so large and spacious inside and out with everything you could possibly need for a week or two stay. The views were spectacular across the lake and countryside and very tranquil and relaxing. This property is a little jem set in the heart of the Welsh countryside. Accommodation is of a very high standard modern, very clean and with an amazing aspect enjoying glorious views across the Teifi valley and Cambrian Mountains. With the seaside only 20 minutes away, residents have the benefit of both worlds. The property will appeal to anyone searching for peace and tranquillity. This said there is also much to do in the area from adventure sports to enjoying gourmet cuisine. The owners are on site to deal with any queries. They proved to be the perfect hosts with nothing being too much trouble. We will certainly return and are indeed already counting the days.

The cottage was lovely, a real homefromhome, wellequipped, modern, and very clean with a log burner which kept it really cozy and warm. We really enjoyed spending time in the great hot tub! We were provided with a lovely welcome hamper on our arrival. Steve, the owner was so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome, and gave us information on places to visit and eat. Absolutely lovely stay, couldnt ask for better hosts. The rental was remote being 20 minutes drive to anywhere close, perfect for a secluded holiday. Surrounded by small country lanes I wouldnt recommend going in a silly car. The owners recommended places for us to eat nearby and showed us around the property when we arrived. Theyd even provided us with milk, tea and biscuits when we got there which was very welcome after the long drive. The WiFi was a little sketchy warning for people who like to take their work on holiday but I dont think it couldve been better what with the isolation. The shower was divine, genuinely the best holiday shower Ive had. The beds were firm and clean, the decking wasnt slippy despite the weather and the hot tub was easy to use and had a fantastic view. Though if youre a light sleeper I might recommend earbuds just because the rain had a tendency to get a little loud, but not unpleasant. The property itself is impressive, perfect size for us. Thank you to our hosts for a lovely stay we couldnt have been happier.

We have stayed in lots of cottages over the years and I usually find faults where ever we go,but not in this place,spotlessly clean very very comfortable. The scenery is incredible. If like Me your looking for some peace and quiet look no further than here,all you hear are the songs of birds it's fantastic. We didn't get to meet Steve's wife but Steve on his own was more than helpful such a great person to have nearby if you should need anything. Infact my daughter left her coat behind and Steve actually brought it back to our house personally. You won't get service like that anywhere else.we will definitely be going back . I'm not saying he would take everyone's coat back to them mind lol

Our stay in Wales was perfect from beginning to end, Sioned & Steve were fabulous hosts! We were greeted on arrival & shown around their beautiful lodge which was both spotless and very spacious. The view from the lodge and decking area was simply stunning! We received a lovely welcome hamper and the owners were available should we be in need of anything. We didn't need to ask though because everything was perfect, a real home from home with all you could possibly need and a view that was a joy to wake up to each morning. The hot tub was the icing on the cake of our stay over the week and we were very lucky with the weather. Gloriously sunny days, two of which were spent at the lodge, relaxing on the large bean bag chairs, using the hot tub and dining al fresco whilst watching the birds and carp in the lake and the red kites flying overhead. There is also plenty to do in the local area such as Aberaeron, New Quay, Tresaith and more. All have fantastic beaches and places to eat out. The lodge was immaculate throughout and well equipped with all the essentials that you need for a weekend away . Had a lovely relaxing stay at Llyn Car Ty Nant. Beautiful scenery with the lake and hills. Well presented holiday house, very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Hot tub was lovely, particularly enjoyed by our little boy! Had a great week exploring the area including the Aberystwyth cliff railway, Devils bridge falls and watching the red kites feeding at Bwlch Nant yr Arian Visitor Centre. Two of us arrived 22 Dec, for 7 night stay, outside the property was lit up lovely with xmas lights and inside was a beautiful decorated xmas tree, our hosts Steve and Charlotte provided us with a super food hamper with all items needed to start us off meal wise plus a bottle of wine, during the course of our stay Steve and Charlotte were most helpful and informative without being in your face. The property was spotlessly clean and proved to be most comfortable with everything we needed to cook xmas dinner and all other meals whilst enjoying the wonderful views across the lake and beyond, it was so peaceful and tranquil that we never ventured far, we enjoyed using the hot tub in between rain storms and were lucky weather wise as it was generally mild. Worth mentioning is the water is supplied by the hosts own bore hole and it is so good and pure tasting. Big thanks to super hosts Steve and Charlotte.

Wonderful stay at Llyn Cae Ty Nant Fishery. The 2 bedroom accommodation is set next a fishing lake with gorgeous views across the countryside. We were welcomed by the site owners, Sioned and Steve, who were brilliant hosts throughout our 1 week stay. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped and the hot tub was especially popular with our kids under adult supervision of course. The stars were stunning at night and we all slept very well. Sioned is a font of local knowledge and Steve even let the kids have a go on the paddle board. The accommodation is very convenient for some great beaches and the towns of Lampeter, Aberystwyth and New Quay. The highlight of the trip for our 11 year old son was being given a fishing lesson by Steve and then catching a 11lb 8oz carp! Overall a wonderful week in a lovely location with excellent hosts.

This was one of the best holiday lets that we have ever stayed in. It is perfectly situated in a beautiful and peaceful location with outstanding views and various places to eat out within a short drive away. The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!
