As we have already informed sykes and the property owners with lengthy feedbackcomplaint this property feel well below basic standards of cleanliness. It is not an excellent property when there is black mould in the freezer, cob webs over the cooker, cobwebs and dust in every room, food debris on chopping boards, broken fridge storage shelf, hot tub covered in moss, lid broken and too heavy to lift as lifting arm wasnt working and full of water, unable to read dial numberstemperature gauge on the cooker had wore off , dirt on the floors and dead flies stains on the walls. No apology or acknowledgement from Sykes, Owners have blamed us for picking the wrong location when location was not ever an issue. Never been so disappointed in a holiday property ever! Dont go to this property if you want a nice holiday. Very angry and frustrated no one has listened to our complaint and taken on board our feedback. Will never use Sykes again!

Had a great 3 weeks at the property, and would recommend to others.

A wonderful property in a beautiful location. Very clean, very well equipped, & beautiful decor, we couldnt have asked for more. Excellent facilities, the games room & hot tub were put to good use several times. It was so relaxing even with 2 young grandchildren, they even gave names to the horses in the field opposite! The views all around were stunning & it wasnt far to travel to shops or attractions. Woodland walks were peaceful & stress relieving, we all slept really well after a day out in the glorious surroundings & fresh air. The owners Catrin & Andrew were always charming & extremely helpful, it was the best holiday ever, we cant thank to you both enough. Best wishes, Lynne

Beautiful location & beautiful house with lovely sized rooms & fab games basement & hot tub. Most of the things you could need & some extras were provided but slightly more attention to cleaning required as multiple cobwebs & even a resident rather large spider greeted us on our arrival. Also unsure why the ample spare space in the kitchen was used by a shelf rather than a fridge freezer which was in the basement instead. Also the lawned garden was only really a border which was a disappointment. All that aside though a lovely place to stay & would definitely recommend. Walks with fab views & plenty of places to visit nearby.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful house in a small community with good access to local attractions. The house was well stocked and presented. It suited our family gathering perfectly. The games room and hot tub were real treats after days out at Aberystwyth and Devils Bridge. Plenty of walking, relaxing and sightseeing. The cottage was first class and made us feel welcome. If you want a holiday where youre in the middle of lovely woodland for long walks, then get back and go in the hot tub then this is the place for you

This house was perfect in every way, location is beautiful with stunning walks on your doorstep. Loads of space within the house and great having a pool table in the basement. Hot tub was clean and very big. Can not knock this place and I have recommended it to friends already. Awesome. Credit to the owners.
