The house suited our large family group of 4 generations very well - plenty of space for 9 adults and 3 little ones. The garden is idyllic and could have easily not left the property all week. The swim tub and games room and outdoor games were all very popular too. Very comfortable accommodation and well equipped and clean. Spectacular views across the valley and surrounded by beautiful trees and sometimes the cows! Downstairs ensuite bedroom useful for older family too. Close to beaches.

House is a great size and central for many activities and areas. Outside space is good and pool is especially welcome feature . The house could do with a deep clean and some updating. There were 8 adults and 2 children in our family group, anymore would have been cramped. But fine if not intending to stay in too much! Games room is a useful space. Well situated for exploring a wide area of beautiful scenery.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our 40th anniversary family get together, we had plenty of room with lots of facilities including the amazing hot tub! It's located in lovely surroundings with great views all around and not far from the town.we would definitely come again.

A beautiful, well situated farm house, secure and beautifully clean. A lot of little extras provided for your comfort, which saved us taking things like cleaning materials, towels and linen.

Fantastic property for a weekend away as a large group. Loved the games room and the main living space was really good for getting together/sitting down for meal etc. The kitchen was really well equipped and when we phoned to ask for help/extras, the host came over to assist. Only downside was the small bed in the downstairs bedroom, it said small double on the description but really would only realistically sleep two children, not adults.

Great size property and secure garden. The games room was a massive hit as was the hot tub. There is enough room to not feel overwhelmed when in a large group. Would definitely recommend this to a family or large group. We loved our time there and are seeing if we can return.

Excellent property. Great week. Lots to do. 10 minutes from supermarkets, 20 minutes from promenade. 10 minutes from butterfly house. Had to stay at property for 3days due to heatwave. Lots of room and activities. Hot tub was a hit with all. Party was 7 adults (30's, 50s, and 70s), 3 kids (2 to 10). Beds comfy. Easy to find. Would happily stay ther e again.

Position of property is good garden area good for dogs. Umbrella on outdoor benches would be useful. Kitchen in need of a make over. We felt it slightly over priced in its present condition. We were a party of 11 enjoyed our stay . Little effort has been spent on maintenance of the property. Have stayed in better for far less money.

3 years after booking we finally made it for our 40th holiday with all our family ( thanks covid!! ) The house has so much potential but is in need of a deep clean and a freshen up in some areas, mainly in the kitchen which was dirty on arrival but the host was quick to resolve our issues and helpful when we had problems. We had a great time all in all and kids loved the hot tub, games room and garden the most.

The facilities and house were as described on the website. There was plenty of parking and the owner had added some festive decoration which were ideal for the kids. Access to Aberystwyth was simple and supermarkets were very accessible. The facilities were suitable for the children's age range from1 year to 15 years old. The WiFi was suitable for working and all teenagers.

This could be an absolute gem of a place but it is looking so tired and in desperate need of some TLC/renovation. As it stands, this property is not good value for money by any stretch of the imagination. We've stayed in similar priced houses and they have been much better all round. The rooms are perfect for family get togethers. Location is very good and there's plenty to do even in November plus the spa pool was definitely a big hit with the kids.

The house was brilliant for our family holiday , we had 5 children and 8 adults and we managed fine , the hot tub was definitely a big bonus everyone loved that , we explored the area in the time we had and it was great to come back to such a comfy house after a long day . Children loved the huge play room , on the whole a brilliant week and we wou ld definitely love to come back .

Excellent cottage for families, very comfortable and well equipped. We ranged in age from 18 months to 77 years and we all had an amazing time. Large enclosed garden meant the children and dogs could run and play safely, baby loved the slide! Swim spa was the icing on the cake - would defo recommend this property to families
