A lovely setting with lots of birdsong, and trees for as far as you can see. Hot tub is very nice and is maintained every two days which made us feel good. Its quite close to the road but theres not much traffic and the trees block most of the sounds.
Marcia
Cottage very comfortable lots of lovely walks.
Jessica
Stunning little barn with fully enclosed stone garden. National trust property nearby with lots to explore. Couldnt have been better! Great communication with host.
Caroline
Lovely barn in a very convenient location for access to the west coast. The barn was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was a great addition after a long day walking in a private setting. Enclosed area for the dog too, we really enjoyed it!
Jessica
The property was just what we wanted, clean and comfy with everything you would need from a home from home. Location was perfect for us, we were looking for somewhere quiet, out of the way and secluded with places to walk and eat. We found a few local beaches

Lovely location, off the main road , some road noise but nothing to ruin the break. Excellent hot tub, very comfortable bed, very cosy cottage. Barry a great host, greeted us on first day and was Available if we needed him. Lots to do near by. Secure, enclosed garden for the dog, decent wifi!
Andrea
Lovely cottage and fantastic hot tub. Comfortable furniture and beds. The heated clothes airer was extremely useful. Aberaeron is a lovely town with everything you could need. Unfortunately the traffic noise from the road from early hours of the morning spoilt our stay a little. The lorries are quite frequent, and very loud!
Peter
Very quiet and peaceful place with access to the river. Dogs loved it and so did we. Lovely area, so near the town and Cardigan Bay. Plenty of places to eat out, if you don't feel inclined to cook. Great place to put your feet up and read a book after the hot tub which was brilliant.
Craig
Can highly recommend this cottage we had a lovely time as did the dog. The town of Aberaeron is well worth a visit we went several times to walk dog on the beach. Some really nice shops can recommend parsley and thyme clothes shop comfy clothes and one size fits all fab. Nice cafes bars and restaurants. We hope to return and explore the area more. Thanks Barry from the 4 of us and missy.
Edyta
We enjoyed the stay a lot, super relaxing, perfect escape from busy London life. Hot tub is amazing and large, my son didnt want to go out of water at all. Beds were super comfy. Barry is a perfect host- let us feed Bessy the pig and making sure we had everything we needed. He left milk, bread and welsh cookies for us on arrival, which was a very n ice gesture. There is plenty to do for everyone. I can highly recommend this place. Thanku you Barry
Joanne
It was a perfect holiday in every way Loved the location and the hot tub was a welcome treat after long walks or cycling
John
Disappointing that the access to the river was not possible. This was one of the main reasons we chose this cottage. The steps down to the river were broken, dangerous and the weeds were all very overgrown. This meant that we had to use our car all the time to get to the start of a walk. The bathroom had a bit of a damp smell about it, but other th an that we mostly enjoyed our stay.
Emma
Lovely location, very short drive from the main harbour which has a number of lovely shops and restaurants. Owner of cottage very friendly. The hot tub very clean.
Laura
LOVED the cottage and will stay here again, location is secluded and peaceful but within a short drive of Aberaeron. Cottage is lovely, very cute and well equipped. Beds are really comfy and the hot tub was a real perk, the owner kept it really clean and filled with fresh water for the next guests as we left. The cottage has very nice underfloor he ating but there are no radiators for drying towels/clothes but a heated drying rack and dehumidifier is provided. I would recommend staying here.
Sarah
Really lovely cottage, with everything needed. Aberaeron was lovely with lots of nice places to eat and drink. Only disappointment was the back of the cottage bordering a busy road with HGV regularly driving along it and that we werent able to walk into Aberaeron due to the road having no pavement.
Cindy
Fantastic cottage, perfect for a family get away! Would highly recommend.
Martin
Perfect cottage! Clean and full of everything you could possibly need amenity wise. Tranquil and peaceful with an added bonus of the hot tub being able to relax and watch the stars, 5min drive to the coast and local shops and also close to new quay and Aberystwyth. Would totally recommend and cant wait to go back.
Dan
Lovely cottage, will definitely be staying again in 2022
Paul
Beautiful cottage, very comfortable and a hot tub, what more could one ask
Matthew
Nice secluded location, spotless throughout, the hot tub was great !
Debbie
Amazing hot tub in dark sky area and very peaceful especially at night despite sometimes hearing traffic from main road which the cottage is very near. Comfy beds, but some sort of waterproof sheets which were horrible Very well equipped kitchen and cottage overall Underfloor heating a bonus Cottage was absolutely spotless Cottage would benefit fro m curtains at bedroom windows and sofa in lounge very uncomfortable Good outdoor seating Barry the host thoughtful & provides great welcome pack
Lilian

When the weather is nice this attraction is perfect as you can wander around and admire the superb range of exotic trees and shrubs.  They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.  With various events throughout the year such as Apple Weekend there is always something new to experience.  You can watch a 90 second film about this attraction on their website which is excellent.
