Bryn Tirion Reviews

We've just returned after our 6th visit and yet again another fantastic week. The house is perfect and we always feel at home. Wouldn't know what we'd do without the hot tub, we use it everyday. We've booked again for next year.
Kristina
Lovely property. Great location. everything you could need from a home from home. hot tub was great and treated every day. kitchen well equipped. 2 fridges and freezer. games room was awesome. more pics of this property would help as it looks small but is very big and as described. thanks for our welcome basket
Lesley
Lovely house with fabulous views over the hills. Nice and central for Anglesey and the beaches at Llandudno, Rhyl and Prestatyn and the many castles and gardens in the local area. The jacuzzi was fun and warm!
Such a beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. The owners had provided everything needed for a perfect stay. We loved every minute of our 3 night stay. The hot tub & pool table were very much enjoyed by all. The views were stunning. We would love to return. Highly recommend.
Georgina
The owners of the property sorted little problems out straight away

This was our second stay at this property and it was as wonderful as we remembered. The property was spotless upon our arrival and the facilitiesamenities were all as described. We had a beautiful holiday we loved the hot tub and the gorgeous views especially as well as the horses in the neighbouring fields!. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
A fantastic property to accommodate a family of 8 adults and 12 week old baby. Instant response from the owner over a query during our stay.Very well maintained home from home and lovely peaceful setting with fabulous countryside views from the hot tub. Lovely friendly village shop a walk away, and a supermarket in Abergele. The property is beautifully situated as a base to explore N. Wales. Would recommend for families or friends get togethers
I totally concur with the previous reviewer regarding the owner. On seeing him at the hot tub, I went out to point out that the oven was in a filthy state on our arrival. I wanted to emphasize that we had not been responsible for its condition. I also mentioned a loose toilet seat that needed securing, a constantly beeping smoke alarm that required a new battery and requested a tip for the pool cue. Tips were fitted to the pool cues, one of which is cracked, but his attempt at securing the toilet seat was unsuccessful. No new battery for the smoke alarm. I spoke with Mrs. Thomas to reiterate my concern regarding the oven and requested again that the seat be secured. Apparently another unsuccessful attempt was made. I was out when one of our party saw him at the tub, again mentioning the oven and the toilet seat. His brief response was It will have to wait until Friday. We felt it easier to put up with other niggles that arose rather than contact the owners. I will admit that once initial complaints arent rectified, minor issues become an irritation. Negatives Dirty, greasy oven and grill. No grill pan handle. Hot water is extremely hot. Take care. Unpleasant smell in utility room, due to fuel oil leak outside. Fridge too small for a large party. There were only five of us. No extra fridge in the utility room as stated in the information folder. Minimal glassware and crockery. Constant beep from smoke alarm. Rear bedroom shower screen doesnt pull together. Positives Spacious. Generally clean. Welcome basket. Hot tub Excellent views. If you have already booked this cottage, dont be overly concerned. Hopefully they will have the ovens professionally cleaned, rectify the fuel oil leak and eradicate the smell and perhaps even provide the extra fridge as stated in the information folder.

Lovely bungalow for a large family gathering. Very clean great facilities good base for local towns. Would definitely choose this again. Thought the owner could have communicated a bit more he arrived every morning to check the hot tub and never knocked or rung the door bell On the first morning we didnt know who he was he could have been anybody and only told us he was the property owner when asked and barely spoke I think he should have announced himself especially with young children present Besides this a lovely bungalow well worth it for a large group
Booked cottage for husbands 70th birthday with family and could not have been any better. Best equipped cottage we have ever been to and of course hot tub and pool table was brilliant for 10 year old granddaughter. Views are stunning and local pub does nice meals. We would definitely book again
Christine

Fabulous house. Very spacious, Very clean, Stunning views and great location for exploring the area. Loved the stay
Beautiful house in a gorgeous little village just outside Abergele. We stayed here for my birthday last weekend, the house was very spacious and decorated to the highest standard. The large dinner table in the kitchen was great and perfect for playing games and making tea together. All the bedrooms were spacious, clean and contained luxury furniture and bedding which was really appreciated and a lovely touch. The large hot tub on the patio was a highlight, nice and spacious for us all and a perfect way to relax and celebrate! Overall a great relaxing stay and lovely long weekend spent
Michelle
Everything was lovely, the size of the property was great. Hot tub lovely and location was great. Just a couple of observations to help Cooking trays are not the best and could do with some more big cups and glasses. The games room is a great addition especially if you have children. Overall had a fantastic week and would highly recommend the cottage.
Lesley
Had an amazing, family 4 day break over New Year. The property was everything we could have wanted. My grandsons especially enjoyed the hot tub, always a bonus. Also lots of places to visit within easy reach.
Michelle
Perfect location for getting away from it all bit close enough to all North Wales has to offer as well. Didnt need anything as all was provided. Lovely home and would highly recommend it for a family stay. The games room and hot tub were added bonus
Phillip
A wonderful stay with six adults and two toddlers, there was lots of room for watching tv on the sofas. Big dinner table was used every day. Lots of space in all the bedrooms, very clean and tidy the ensuites were a decent size. Only things that could be better, was some of symbols on the cooker were very worn, but we worked it out, and a note about recycling as all areas are different. If we head back to north wales this would be our first pick to stay.
The owners have thought of everything, we had a fabulous stay here. The welcome pack was a lovely appreciated touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. My only suggestion to help people find the bungalow would be to use what 3 words as the postcode doesn't take you to the property. If you look for 'framework.following.campers' it will take you to the drive way.
Fabulous bungalow with amazing views. Welcome pack very much appreciated. Will highly recommend.
Philip
This was our second time at the property and it hasnt changed, beautiful views and a generous welcome pack.
Bryn Tirion was an outstanding property in a simply beautiful location. The facilities and welcome pack were great and the property gave us a fab base for our week in North Wales.

We booked this cottage for a family get together, it was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and the hit tub great after a day venturing out, local put is a 10 minute walk and is very friendly with good food, the views are lovely from the garden and we would book this cottage again
The double bed in the rear bedroom has a very wornout matress which needs replacement.
Carolyn
Fantastic property, best we have ever stayed in. We were overwhelmed with how good it was. Lovely friendly owners who have thought about providing for all generations of a family. Especially loved the hot tub and the guys loved the pool table. Would recommend it to anyone who is visiting North Wales. Thank you Sian and John for a wonderful holiday and welcome pack.
The house was absolutely lovely. Exactly as listed, really clean and a really well equipped kitchen. We were really pleased with our stay.
Andrew
Absolutely incredible property with everything needed creating a home from home environment and would highly recommend. The great views, hot tub and games room with pool table are just an added bonus at this fantastic property.
Fabulous bungalow and peaceful location.
Such a lovely property. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family & friends. Susanne
The cottage was perfect for us as we were a party of 6 adults and 2 kids. It had everything we needed, it was much bigger than it looked on the photographs. The views were lovely overlooking the many fields around with sheep and horses in them. The games rooms was a great addition and we even managed to use the hot tub in the February weather. We will definitely be booking again.
Robert
From the second we arrived it was so easy to feel at home, plenty of room to keep all the family together but yet still didn't feel on top of each other! I would highly recommend a stay at Bryn Tirion, we are checking dates as I am doing this feedback.
Jonathan
We stayed here as a family for my mums 60th birthday. The cottage was absolutely stunning, there was everything we needed and more. A very relaxed stay for us all and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for our welcome basket and complimentary toiletries.
Second time here and certainly wont be our last. We enjoyed the hot tub even in the awful weather. The accommodation is kept spotlessly clean and well maintained with comfy beds and quality bedding. It has everything you need to cook meals . We cant wait to go again.
Sandra
Excellent property really spacious. The games room was brilliant. Ideal location. We have already booked to go back next year.
Josephine
Second visit to this beautiful cottage. Everything excellent.
Rebecca
We had the most fantastic stay the house was just beautiful and views were amazing.
It was our second visit to this cottage almost 5y apart and the high standards have been maintained over the years. The amenities are fantastic, every small detail thought of to make it a home from home. The location is idyllic and the views stunning.
Elizabeth
Location was fantastic, splendid views. The owners were very helpful and the horses in the field were so relaxing to watch. The accommodation was gorgeous, well laid out with everything you might need. The only downside was the ensuite showers were a bit tight.
Rebecca
We had an amazing time at this house, the facilities here were more than enough to keep us busy. Our 5 and 2 year olds favourite was the hot tub which was ready for us on arrival and the vast outside space. The views surrounding the house are the highlight and the complete privacy in the outside space.
