This is a gem of a place in a beautiful part of North Wales. Gorgeous to look at and extremely comfortable too. Shower hot tubbreakfastquite the morning upgrade! Loved evenings in the snug with the wood burner and a glass of wine. You couldnt wish for a better base to explore Anglesey and Snowdonia. Perfect!

Delightful stay as ever - our second time here as we loved our stay so much last time - and we will hopefully be back again. Hot tub has the best views, house is very comfortable, and is a good location to explore North Wales. Kids enjoyed the pumpkin and trick or treating in the local area
William
Undoubtedly a beautiful cottage in a peaceful location. If you need peace and quiet and just want to chill, and perhaps observe the wandering sheep in the adjacent fields, this is the place for you. For the more active, you are surrounded by footpaths. If you are into walking (most are waymarked) you can plan these between several pubs for refreshmRead moreents. Overall, a lovely place. Hide

Just returned from a wonderful stay. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with amazing views surrounded by fields and rolling Welsh countryside. We went with our daughter and grandchildren. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could wish to make it a really comfortable stay. The enclosed garden is ideal for young children, plenty of space to run around. They loved the hot tub and swing. They also loved getting up close to the sheep and lambs. A truly wonderful stay.
Gary
Lovely property and very comfortable. A nice blend of traditional features with modern touches. Lovely views and we felt very safe.
Liz
We stayed over Christmas, the farmhouse was extremely cosy with more than enough room for 4 adults and 2 children. The snug was a real bonus for a little quiet time and the children appreciated Netflix and good WI-FI. Super location with the added bonus of a hot tub with lovely views. Footpaths from the doorstep. The owner is very thoughtful and tr uly understands what makes a property rental experience memorable. We loved this farmhouse.
Justine
Lovely place beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, fabulous view from hot tub. We didn't want to leave.
Matthew
We have stayed in many properties in the UK over the years and its easily the best we have stayed in. It is spacious, clean, comfortable (especially the beds), well equipped and cosy. The owners have thought of everything. The second reception room with TV is great if you have kids, while you read a book with a glass of wine by the wood burner in t he main room. The location is fantastic. 15 minutes from Conwy and its amazing castle. 40 minutes from Llanberis and Zip World. Loved the hot tub.
Julie

We had a wonderful week at this stunning farmhouse. Warm and cozy. Location, facilities, cleanliness just perfect. Didnt know if we'd use the hot tub in October, but used it everday sunrise and sunset. The downstairs shower room well located to use afterwards. The pond with seating and firepit is a wonderful peaceful spot we also used. We pressed t he button on the hot tub by mistake and the owners came out at night to sort us out...wonderful service friendly and helpful Highly recommended
Donna

Simon
Beautiful peaceful location and a gorgeous spacious cottage and garden renovated to a very high standard. We travelled to Wales from Bavaria in Germany and loved the area: some great walks, a number of picturesque towns and villages in the vicinity, and we even found some lovely places to eat. Would highly recommend both the cottage and the area. I f you're coming from outside the UK, I'm not sure that I would recommend BHX airport. There may be better options available!?
S
The house was brilliant and very well decorated everything you need for a great stay. The location was good we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub as a family and looking at the panoramic views. We did zip world , Bodnant Gardens, Conwy and seeing the smallest house and walking the Conwy town walls. We would very much recommend this house to others and it was lovely to have met the owner whoi was very friendly and helpful.

a very pleasant and comfortable farmhouse - we all enjoyed it immensely - even the weather was very kind. Extra blankets would have been welcome for us old folks I have already recommended it to some friends
Monica
A beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Spotlessly clean and with great amenities. Perfect time of year to visit with the lambs and the daffodils.
Margaret
We loved this cottage, it is very spacious, with lovely furnishings, and a very warm atmosphere. The facilities are very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and the hot tub was especially nice feature. The location is idilic, surrounded by beautiful countryside views, and is very quiet. However the property is only a few hundred yards from the main road into Conwy (4.5m). There are two pubs within walking distance of the cottage, both just 30 mins walk away.
Helen
The cottage is outstanding. All the fixtures and fittings are such high quality.
Colin
I would thoroughly recommend Conway Farm House-the facilities at the accommodation were first class, from the hot tub to the kitchen equipment (even a welcome tea cake) this property can not be faulted. Every room is furnished to a very high standard and is so comfortable. The outstanding views with sheep roaming in the grounds made my wife's speci al birthday celebrations the most memorable and inspiring - we can not wait to revisit. Many thanks from the Edneys.
William
Fantastic location, what a lovely place to stay.
Cliff
An absolutely fantastic holiday all round.
Claire
We LOVED our stay! It is the best cottage that we have stayed in. It is finished to a high standard and we had everything we needed. Driving up to the house at the end of a long day of walking and exploring was just perfect. The log burners and hot tub are those extra touches which were perfect. Enjoying the hot tub in the evening with the views bu t then watching the stars was the ultimate relaxation. Great location for exploring North Wales. We would highly recommend and will be going back
Zoe
The farmhouse was delightful and tastefully decorated. I loved the quality of the interior design. Very comfortable and cosy. Would definitely go again
