A comfortable clean cottage with everything that you need could be made to feel a little more cosier, garden very secure for dogs so we didnt have to worry. Excellent location for touring the coast. Very quiet and peaceful with enclosed garden our little dog loved. Cottage has everything we needed and nice touches were milk and Welsh cakes on arrival and dog biscuits and blankets for him. Hot tub was a bonus and while the weather was rainy it was nice to have the experience on the dry days. Overall a r eally nice place and owners very attentive. It felt very comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked very well which was nice surprise given the rural location.

Highlights include the Chimp Encounter, Penguin Parades, Bear Falls and the Children's Farm. The setting is perfect for walking around and you can take in the superb scenery, roam the wooded pathways and relax on the grassy slopes. There are many rare and endangered species to see and learn about including the Snow Leopards and the Red Pandas not to mention the Sumatran Tigers. You can also buy the experience of being a zoo keeper for a day, either for yourself or as a gift.

Legend has it that the well first erupted at the spot where Caradog cut off the nuns head with his sword. The shrine was then erected in her memory in the first decade of the sixteenth century and remains one of the holiest places in Wales.
