Had a lovely weekend spent at Sun Trevor Barn 1! It was gorgeous with great facilities and an all round fantastic stay. The hot tub was a bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed. Not to mention great hosts who was also kind enough to bring over food from the Sun Trevor pub for us both nights, food was amazing. I would definitely recommend and we would come back in the future.

The barn was lovely, in a great location ideal for walks. The hot tub is a great bonus and the pub next door great food what more do you need.
We had a lovely week at Barn 1. Our stay was certainly made better by the help and friendly staff there, but a special mention for Paul the owner who we saw most mornings. He was always ready with some information and tips for parking or where to go, his help was brilliant. Very dog friendly, the staff at the pub love the dogs and are always ready to make a fuss of our furry friends. I would definitely recommend this property

Thank you very much for a brilliant break! We could not have been happier with the property and comfort offered. I only missed a hairdryer... and a recycling bin?....
This was just the perfect family holiday that we wanted. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived Paul and Katy were lovely and very helpful. The pub next door had great food and lovely staff that gave us ideas on where to go with our kids and dog. A great location for walks. And just a short car journey to local amenities.

Lovely and convenient location. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good food in the pub next door. Great hot tub. Very nicely done barn conversion.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Paul, the owner, was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was perfect for us and a good location, not too far to walk into Llangollen along the canal. The hot tub was wonderful and just what we needed to relax in after a day out walking. Also, the food in the pub next door was superb. Highly recommended.
We just spent 5 days at Barn 1. All we can say is WOW. Even though it is quite close to home the plan was for a relaxing holiday. Everything from the location, the pub next door, and the quality of the Barn is spot on. It is an amazing location for walkers also. If you are having friends come over make sure you contact the owners so that they can arrange the parking. 1010 for us.

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Barn 1. The setting was beautiful overlooking the countryside and even nicer viewing it from the spacious hot tub. The pub next door to barn 1 called the sun trevor had really nice pub food which you was home cooked and the sun always shone on the pub which was lovely to sit at. The owners of barn 1 were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely time, the cottage was beautiful, everything we needed and more was there and availabletouse, utensils, tv, alexa, coffee machine etc. .. Hot tub was a lovely added bonus. Having the gate and the patio area was also such a bonus, being able to let mia out and to wonder free and not worry where she was, was such a relief. One thing we did notice on a few occasions was a slight drainage smell. Definitely reccomend a visit to the pub next door, amazing food, and such lovely and welcoming staff, they even have a doggie menu! Thank you for a lovely stay.
Fabulous stay in a fabulous cottage. . extremely comfortable with very friendly owners. Will definitely be returning soon.
Lovely stay. Owners really welcoming. Everything we needed was there and the cottage was spotlessly clean. Nice touch to have fresh flowers and treats for the dog.

We have had a wonderful weekend. Paul and Katie welcomed us with a smile and looked after us all weekend. The cottage has everything you need including comfy beds, under floor heating and towels for showering and the hot tub. So much thought has gone into making it a comfortable stay. I will be recommending to all my friends and will definitely be back!
We had a fantastic time and the property was beautiful. It was spotlessly clean, well maintained and modern throughout. The outdoor space was lovely. The hot tub was also spotless and we enjoyed using it.

We enjoyed a perfect stay at the Barn. The was clean tidy and warm. It's ideally located, with plenty of parking and amenities near by, but also has that feeling of seclusion. We enjoyed many a good walk in the hill, but also along the Llangollen Canal. The children absolutely loved the hot tub. Definitely worth booking
Nicholas
Great location, ideal for walking holiday or base for exploring the Dee Valley area. Nice modern cottagebarn conversion, hot tub a pleasant bonus although privacy is not as good as I could be. Great pub food and drink right next door with very friendly owner and staff & dog, will even deliver your meal to the cottage if requested.
Charlene

Just returned home from a week at Barn 1 and it's one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. The owners, Paul and Katy, along with all the staff at the sun trevor pub, were really friendly, nothing was too much for them. The barn was spotless, with lots of basics provided on arrival, including treats for our dog. The hot tub was enjoyed by us all and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed some nice walks on the canal into local towns and a trip out to chirk, the cake cafe was a nice treat too! We also had a day out in Llanduddno experiencing the cable cars and tram up the great orme. The food in the pub next door was consistently excellent and we even had a go at the charity pub quiz on Wednesday night! All in all an excellent place and we will definitely be back. Thanks paul and katy.
Wow! A beautiful home in a stunning location with the most welcoming of hosts add to that a comfortable, friendly pub which provides an excellent quality menu and what more could you possibly ask from a holiday. Will be back without a doubt
Richard
The property was really well presented. The hottub was a real bonus and well used throughout our stay. Only minor issue was lack of iron and ironing board. Would definitely recommend this property.
Caroline
We had a great stay at Barn 1 and I'd already recommended it to others before we'd even left! The cottage was clean, comfortable, completed to a high standard and ideally located for sightseeing. The hot tub was checked daily, without feeling intrusive at all. The pub next door was great for food and all the staff were so friendly. This cottage is the perfect place for a family my two almost teenage boys would love to come back again.
Rosalind
Barn 1 is a lovely property with amazing views over the valley. It has been converted to a high standard and offers good accommodation in two bedrooms. The hot tub is a nice bonus on the terrace although it is overlooked by passing cars and people coming and going to the pub, which makes privacy an issue. There are 2 other barns behind this one so it could be quite busy when all 3 are let. There was a pervading smell from the septic tank while we were there that I hope is sorted soon. Overall it was a lovely week in a beautiful spot with walks along the canal.
Great property, very clean, lovely view, loved the hot tub. Very friendly owners. Shame about the drain smell now and again but sure it can't be helped being so far from a town. Highly recommend.
Barn was excellent, friendly owner and staff, beautiful location. Would highly recommend.

The property was nothing short of excellent. The owner was so polite and attentive to any requirements. The Sun Trevor adjacent was a perfect spot for realistically priced quality food and drink. All of the staff involved with this venue were very polite, friendly and and a credit to all involved. Thanks to all at Barn 1 and the Sun Trevor for a great week! Excellent job done by all. John Todd

Absolutely fantastic stay in barn 1. If you are looking for a perfect getaway this is your place. The location is brilliant as you are in walking distance of Llangollen town. The barn has been imacculately finished to the highest of standards and the hot tub was a perfect touch. It was so good we have booked to stay again
Brilliant stay at Barn 1 only thing would change is the couch to be bit more comfortable. Other than that superb and deffo be returning in future. Owners made us feel very welcome. Food in restaurant all homemade and delicious .
Weve just got back from a lovely 3 night break , the owner was a great man always happy to help very friendly and welcoming . The barn was outstanding, cleanliness 100 with all the latest mod cons and everything you should need for your stay. It really does shows in how much pride theses people take in their propertys its beautiful. The hot tub was the best, the owner did chlorine ph cheeks daily.
