The Beeches was an absolute delightful place to spend our family Christmas together, consisted of all different age ranges from an 8 year old up to 83 year old ! The property was immaculate, lovely matching decor throughout, great facilities and lots of room for a party of 10. Would definitely recommend to others, already thinking about visiting again in the Summer months. Gavin and Nicky were the perfect hosts, decorating the property with Christmas decorations was so thoughtful, Gavin checked in with us regularly whilst maintaining the hot tub to ensure there was nothing we needed. Also, thank you so much for the surprise welcome goodies really appreciated. Fantastic way to spend Christmas X

Had everything we needed with plenty of space nice location to everything and weather was just as good
The property was in excellent condition, comfortable and inviting. Easy access to the beach of 10 minutes walk and even less to the town centre which houses an M&S, Aldi and Lidl stores, plus plenty of good eating areas. The overall cleanliness of the area was good and much better than expected. We were a party of 10 with 6 adults and 4 children. All loved the hot tub and the games found in the garden. As many have said the beds were extremely comfortable and there were more than enough towels. Would like to see a Tumble Drier in the property to cater with the wet towels produced by the hot tub, general personal use and that of the beach. Also I feel the property would benefit from the outside grass surface being replaced with astroturf or similar to cut down on maintenance and reduce dirt being carried into the property. The last item is a small one but important, there was no long handle brush pan and broom only a vacuum cleaner we could find
Ideally, located for all amenities. Plenty of toys to keep young and old occupied goodsized cottage, with plenty of space if wish own company. Well equipped clean and tidy. A great holiday had by all. Thank you.
Our second stay Perfect we will be back
Really excellent property well suited for large family groups of different generations 3 in our case, 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space in wellappointed house with a hot tub the icing on the cake. Nice that there are 2 separate access points keys to the house Great place to explore North Wales, close to the lovely beach at Nova Prestatyn 10 mins walk, railway station and High Street shops. Enjoyed our week.

We had a lovely stay, thank you. There were 2 small minor things we needed assistance with when we arrived, but the owners couldn't have been quicker or more helpful in sorting them out i wish all owners would act so well and so fast. Thank you.
Wow what can I say. An amazing place to stay, there 3 family's had plenty of space and everything u need to be there. Everything is within reach, beach shops, entertainment train station, parks. Really is prime spot. Owners visit daily to check your hot tub. never had that before spot on. The house is very up market and a better home than my own. Didnt want to leave the beds. Thank you so much for everything
Beautiful home, very clean and plenty of facilities e. G. dish washer and hot tub which were a bonus. Owners were quick to respond to messages and lovely to talk to. The house was very well located even more so than the listing suggested, more emphasis should be placed on distance from train station, beach and shopping areas!
Melanie
We loved this property. It was wellequipped with many thoughtful touches. The hot tub was lovely. We were really pleased to have the beach within walking distance and what a great beach it was.
We really enjoyed our stay at Beeches. The house is really clean and well kept with plenty of amenities, close to shops and a nice big sandy beach. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the elderly member of our party. The owners were really nice and easy to communicate with. We will definitely visit again.
