We so enjoyed our stay here. The property was so comfortable with every kitchen item you could require! The hot tub was so needed after long days walking and the property is situated in a little village with a bakery, Co-op, takeaway places and pharmacy. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. It's situated not too far from lots of must sees in the area as well.
Vivien
Beautiful property. Lovely Welcome pack. The owner is great and was quick to respond with a small issue we had. The deli few minutes away does great rolls etc. The vineyard ten minutes walk makes lovely drinking chocolate .
Eileen
The cottage was very nice and plenty of room for all the family. Inside the house was immaculate and comfortable. It rained almost every day so it was good to have a comfortable place to be! If it rains, go to Anglesey!
Yvonne
Lovely big house with plenty of space for multigenerational family. Great kitchen diner and well equiped. You need to take your own bin liners and dish washer tablets though. Second sitting room/games room very usefull. Travel cot and high chair were great but no stair gates for toddlers. Big garden for kids to run about but patio pools with water when it rains so needs to be cleared before you can use it. Good base to visit other areas of North Wales but nothing much in Penygroes itself.
Angela
This is a luxurious cottage with everything you need and more it definitely has the wow factor its so beautiful and nothing is too much trouble for the owner definitely 5 stars from me
John
Wow, stunning property, we lacked for nothing during our weeks stay. Luxurious house with superb hot tub. Important to follow the directions, not satnav in the village - the track down to the house really is opposite number 72. Close to main road to Caernarfon and Porthmadog. Cleaners were just leaving as we arrived at 5pm so please dont expect to be in before then! Would thoroughly recommend this property.

This property was one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed at. Loads of space for everyone and very well equipped. The beds and sofa's were very comfortable A great place to stay.
Belinda
This is a lovely very well maintained house. It was immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could think of. There was so much space both inside and out with plenty of room for the little ones and the dogs to play. The hot tub was a good size and undercover which was handy when the Welsh weather closed in! Altogether a perfect place to s tay!
Kathryn
Absolutely beautiful house! The house has been done to a very high standard, lots of space, beautiful location and is a lovely big space. Very clean and modern. The owner was contactable but by no means imposing and when contacted, very friendly and accommodating. Hot tub a massive bonus! Would love to bring my family back!
Victoria
This is a beautiful house with plenty of space for a big family. Lots of room and nicely furnished and decorated. The hot tub is amazing. The house was very clean and the welcome pack was a n added bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked with cleaning products and the added utility room was a great asset (and storage space!). The house is only 20-30 m inute drives away from some local attractions, bars and restaurants. The photographs do not do it justice.
Michelle
Fantastic holiday with every need catered for. A true home from home and owners were so helpful and polite and we will definitely be back! Wonderful location too, all boxes ticked!

Best place to eat was Inn at the bottom ofSnowden a bit of a drive but wonderful view and great food The Cottage is one of the nicest most comfortable places we have ever stayed Thank you
Denise
A very comfortable and well equipped cottage with good quality furnishings. We liked having the snug which we used as a games room as well as the lounge. The hot tub was great for chilling out in the evenings. Theres not a great deal in the village but plenty of attractions and hostelries within a reasonable distance.
David
The property was a perfect base for our holiday. The presentation of every room was perfect with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and is a credit to David the owner. We did have two small issues we felt needing addressed during our stay which were courteously and quickly rectified after contacting David, again credit him. Beautiful p art of the country and loved every minute. We would fully recommend Cysgod Y Dyffryn as a holiday destination.
Max
We loved our time at the house. Everything was in immaculate condition, exceptionally clean and a luxurious set up. The house is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen was a joy to use (loved the fridge/freezer and water/ice dispenser). The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after a day out. Best of all is its central location to so many wonderful p laces to visit, it was the perfect base. The owner was also brilliant and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Superb accommodation with brilliant facilities. Location ideal for touring Snowdonia and North Wales region. We had an outstanding holiday and will consider visiting again.
Lesley
Lovely property. All comforts have been thought of. Location is great as you have easy access to various coastal areas. Useful to be in walking distance of a grocery store and take-aways as we had a toddler with us. Hot tub was great due to the very changeable weather and the garden very spacious. We would recommend this property.
Joy

A wonder, fantastic house! The size, the decor it was great. Also a baskets of goodies, jam, cake, etc and even a box of biscuits for the dog! Very thoughtful. Location was not to far from zipworld and this was our reason to visit. Take away not to far away! Don't forget your dishwasher tablets!
Ross
Fantastic house. Just a stones throw from a cycle path all the way to Bangor and a short walk to a vineyard! House was very well equipped and perfectly suited our families needs. Hot tub was a great place to relax and catch up. Local village has a lovely deli, a coop and a vineyard but not a lot more. Its not a long drive to the beach though and Ca ernarfon and Bangor are within easy reach via car. Highly recommend this property.
Carole

Great holiday home in a quiet village but close to Snowdonia, coast and getting out and about in Wales. A warm, welcoming, recent refurbished., well equipped home, with v/comfy beds. Owners have thought of everything. Few minor criticisms but nothing of consequence. Hot tub under shelter so all weather use. Overall a lovely, modern, home with plent y of room for 8 people and canine friends. Would recommend and be very happy to stay again.
