Fron Emrys Reviews

We are just back from a most wonderful time, celebrating the new year at Fron Emrys. The house is amazing. We have never stayed in a rented house which is so well stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. The hot tub is a most wonderful feature and even though we had awful weather during our stay, we were still able to use the hot tub as it was so warm and easily accessible from the house. The beds were comfortable and cosy and the standard of cleanliness was superb. We arrived to find the Christmas lights and heating on, and the dining table set for a festive family meal. The perfect start for our stay. Delyth came to check that all was ok and was discreet when checking on the hot tub. Our dog was also well provided for with dedicated towels, mats, spare leads and even a bag of festive doggy treats! There was a delicious welcome pack awaiting our arrival in short no detail had been overlooked. We would love to return and have no hesitation in recommending this property. Kim DecemberJanuary 2024
Excellent get away. I was very impressed with the decorations, the hamper and the jacuzzi.
What a lovely house and Brilliant holiday. Fully recommended!!! I've stayed in a lot of accommodations but this one had Everything you need including a jacuzzi!!! Everything you need in the kitchen and a nice welcome pack on arrival. All very clean, beds very comfortable and warm, bathroom upstairs, shower room downstairs. Utility room amazing with a washing machine and airer. Lovely walks around the house and not far from the beach which for a dog owner of 3 is brilliant. Parking area with garden is fully contained and safe for dogs. Owner amazing and helped with a problem with the freezer within minutes of letting her know about it .dropped off towels etc my family and i couldn't ask for a better holiday. Thank you so much , heres to next years booking
We felt that it was a little cold at times ,I had to wash hairs from the down stairs shower before I used it ,also the downstairs bedroom door is very noisy when trying to creep out for the toilet in the middle of the night and the boiler in the same room is rather annoying and noisy. The owner also came around three times and we felt that it was very unnecessary weve never had this before and we did find it annoying we will not be going to stay again .
Fron Emrys is a wonderful home from home. It is very comfortable and has everything you could need, the toys were an added bonus and the hot tub was perfect for enjoying the sunsets.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely house, 3 generations of our family making special memories. The hot tub was used every day , come rain or shine ! We ate together at the massive dining table most days, we barbequed & had lovely meals at Parc Glyniffon , Waves cafe on the beach & Fron Goch garden Centre. Delyth was very helpful and had left us some delicious goodies on arrival ! The perfect place to get together with family , we would love to return one day
We had a lovely week at Fron Emrys the house is comfortable, spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. We enjoyed the location with beautiful views, the local village with a friendly community pub and nearby to visit Anglesey, Snowdonia and the Lln Peninsula. The house was very clean with a few little treats for us and the dogs! on arrival we just wish we could have stayed longer!
Absolutely fabulous. An amazing property extremely well equipped with fantastic views. Safe garden for the dogs. The most comfortable beds with 5 bedding. Perfect place to chill
A fabulous house for a large group. We had a wonderful family holiday. The house is beautifully located for easy access to many nearby attractions, enormous beaches and lots of castles! We spent days out and evenings in BBQing, eating meals and enjoying the sea views and sunsets from the hot tub. I would highly recommend and hope we will be back again.
Heather
The property was perfect for us, it had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful quiet location. We had a lovely time and would stay there again.

We had an amazing time at Fron Emrys, the house was lovely and the views were amazing. We were a family of 8 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room for us to enjoy a family holiday together. The Jacuzzi was a perfect place to relax after our long days of site seeing around Caernarvon and surrounding areas.
An excellent stay at From Emrys. Such thoughtful things in the property and welcome pack was very much appreciated, The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Property is located in a lovely village with a welcoming pub. The walk to the beach is around 20 minutes on country roads rather than public footpaths. Thank you

What an amazing house, beautiful views, comfortable, it was like the owner had just stepped out and let us stay it was so homely and we'll equipped. I hope we can stay here again.
Sophie
My family and I had an absolutely amazing week here. The house was huge, relaxing and catered to our every need. The Hot tub and tvs were also a massive hit with my teenage son and his friend! The views of the fields and the sea were stunning, and we made the most of the beach and amazing pub that was within walking distance of the property. The bedrooms and bedding were of a high hotel standard, and all bed rooms were very peaceful at night. Delyth was exceptionally kind and helpful, even making sure the house was extra warm for my father who was meant to be visiting and leaving lots of nice treats in the kitchen for us. The whole house, especially the kitchen, was equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an air fryer and a slow cooker. I can't recommend this house enough.
Georgie
A delightful, very well equipped, and well maintained property in a great location. It had everything that we needed and more with lots of unexpected extras like extra towels, blankets, printed maps and torches. The welcome pack and chocolates were a lovely touch too.
Heather
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fron Emrys, the house was huge, very spacious, so much so, we didnt use half of the rooms available. The property is stocked with all the accessories you could need, even for our dogs. A real home from home, with a thoughtful basket of goodies and milk in the fridge a nice touch. Loved the view from every window, a rural setting with sheep in the neighbouring paddocks and ocean views. Slept well in the lovely beds and quiet surrounds. Didnt need to go anywhere so relaxing, however attractions are short drives away, so was surprised at how much there was to do. A very comfortable stay for my husband, our 4 dogs and I. Highly recommend this well presented home particularly for large groups, families and those travelling with pets.
The property was in a great location, very comfortable and beautifully presented. We were made to feel welcome with a lovely basket of goodies and milk in the fridge. The house is well stocked with everything you could need and has fabulous views.
Christopher
A well looked after property in a great location. The house was equipped with everything you could need and then some!
Our second family holiday for 3 generations at this lovely spacious house. It's so comfortable with good quality beds and generous provision of equipment. The view over fields to the sea from the terrace and hot tub is gorgeous. Children in the party really enjoyed the proximity of the beach and everyone enjoyed the village pub with a great local beer! Lots to do in the area and a great house to regroup at the end of the day. Thank you Delyth and family.
Anthony
The house was amazing, kids loved the hot tub, owner was lovely, information provided was clear and easy to follow. The only thing I would say, and I shared this with the owner, was that, the field behind is not for use of the house, and that needs to be made clear, because from the photographs on the sykes website, it gives you the impression that it's part of the house, but it's not. Also the parking space fits two cars not three as stated in the house info on the sykes website, I forgot to say this to the owner. We had to park our 3rd car on the grass, which she didn't seem to mind, a really lovely lady. She left a lovely welcome hamper in the kitchen. Overall a great stay..... Pity the Welsh weather didn't play ball, lol, but no one can control that.
A fabulous house spacious, clean and beautifully furnished with all mod cons Sky multiroom excellent WiFi 3 TVs and 2 well equipped kitchens. The property feels very welcoming generous welcome basket, including dog treats! and is nice and clean with quality bedding and plenty of clean towels. The gardens are lovely, lots of seating areas and amazing views. Delyth is a lovely lady and a great host very friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. We stayed as a party of 5 with our dog and had a fantastic week and would love to go back.
Melissa
Absolutely lovely, comfortable, spacious, everything you need, Hot tub amazing, took my dog who loved the garden, view was amazing! Owner very friendly, and easy to contact if needed!
We had a wonderful short break at Fron Emrys. Its a fabulous property with stunning views. Beautiful rooms. Lots of space for our party of 6 Adults, a baby and a dog. Love all the separate seating areas and large dining table. Lovely and clean. Perfect base for our trip to Anglesey & Caernarfon. Can Highly recommend.
Yukiko
It was a very nice big house. We enjoyed our holiday in Wales. It was a bit cold at night. The central heating timer was not working properly. We could not switch it on manually.
Glynis
The house was absolutely wonderful. WE had a large family gathering for New Year and the house met our every need. There was plenty of space and plenty of areas where you could have quiet time away from the throng. The children loved exploring the house and opening each cupboard and draw to discover it's contents. Quite near to the beach and alos the local village which has a lovely welcoming community pub with a raging coal log fire. We would firmly recommend this house for large family gatherings.
Charlotte
Perfect house for our family holiday. Great location to explore the surrounding area, close to the beach and lovely garden for the children to play. Delyth was extremely helpful! Diolch
The house is situated in a lovely part of north wales with views across the fields to the sea. A lovely beach with local facilities. The owner was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Really well equipped comfortable house, generous provision of towels and pillows, fabulous welcome pack including glorious cup cakes. Superb views from the property veranda and altogether a lovely area. Really good property enjoyed by three generations.
From Emrys is a wonderful house. It is so comfortable, well equipped and clean. The owners have thought of everything, from lovely baskets of soft blankets for the outside seats, delicious chocolate Brownies and treats for the children on arrival, and lovely creams and lotions in the bathrooms for the guests use. The kitchen is really well equipped and there are so many lovely dining areas and sitting rooms to chose from. The bedrooms are comfortable with lovely soft linen, and due to the rural location the house is extremely quiet and peaceful at night. The gardens that wrap around the property have many different seating areas, and areas to dine outside. The view from the back of the property across to Dinas Dinal Beach and the Menai Strait is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting here on the decking for a morning coffee, watching the cows in the adjoining field. The area is lovely, perfectly situated to visit the Llyn Peninsula, Snowdonia, Caernarfon and Anglesey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fron Emrys and would thoroughly recommend it.
The house was really spacious and well equipped, in a lovely location which was handy for visiting places such as Caernarfon and Anglesey. The nearest beach was a few minutes drive away and offered several cafes for ice cream and fish and chips. Delyth the owner was extremely welcoming and always available for assistance, we would like to book again as we really enjoyed our stay

Great setting. ..Nice area of North Wales nice big house.
We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday at Fron Emrys. The house was comfortable, clean, well equipped and very spacious. The highlight was the extensive balcony at the rear of the property, where we enjoyed our glass of wine admiring the spectacular rural view down to the sea. We also enjoyed the garden and BBQ facilities. Delyth kindly welcomed us with delicious home baked welsh cakes and cupcakes. She had thought of everything. The childrens toys were very much appreciated. Fron Emrys provided us with an excellent base for us to explore Snowdonia and the Lln Peninsula. Thank you Delyth. We hope to return.
