We had a very enjoyable stay at this property just after New Year with our children and friends. The house was immaculately clean, with everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were spacious, with great storage and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary items needed for self catering. The hot tub was a great addition to the property and the garden was very tastefully designed too. Location wise the property was great, just a short distance from Llandudno and Conwy. The owner of the property was extremely helpful and was on hand to answer any questions we had promptly. We will definitely stay again Thank you for a wonderful break away.

Just returned from a 4 night stay over Christmas. We found the property extremely comfortable, spacious and warm. The location was very peaceful with some lovely walks close by. The beach was just a short easy drive away. We made use of the hot tub and the garden was safely secure for the dog. Beds were super comfy which is the most important thing. Will, the host was very obliging. We even had a beautiful Christmas tree! I would definitely recommend a stay.

We had a lovely week at Bodnant Road. the house itself was very spacious & comfortable, and in particular the kitchen dining are was perfect for evenings around the table overlooking the autumnal hillside. The garden was excellent for the dog, being completely secure no gaps under any fences!. The hot tub was lovely and clean and being covered was an advantage in November. We didn't use all 4 bedrooms, but they all looked lovely and beds were comfy. All the furnishing were of a high standards, and the whole property beautifully decorated. The house was in a quiet residential area, and a short drive to both the stunning beach at Rhosonsea and the neighbouring Llandudno.
