Great location, cosy cottage and a lovely hot tub
Lovely cottage in an ideal location for walking, cycling and visiting SnowdoniaEryri. The hot tub was amazing after a days walking, stunning views and the cottage was very comfy and well equipped. Happily recommend and can't wait to go back.
Lovely well maintained cottage with outstanding views. We really enjoyed our mini break.
Damian
The cottage and the hosts are 1010. The farm is beautiful with wonderful views. Hot tub was a nice touch. We weren't very lucky with the weather but that's no one's fault. My only concern was the road to get to the farm. I didn't expect it to be so rural yes I'm a city person but it was a very narrow road and we were lucky we didn't encountered any cars coming the opposite direction.
Susanna
Amazing stay ! The views was Amazing loved the hot tub up in the mountains after long days out what a way to chill watching the stars ! Loved the land full of sheep as you Drove down to the cottage ! Perfect Hoilday

We had an absolutely gorgeous stay . The cottage was by far the best place we have stayed at . remember it is a working farm . The hosts were warm and approachable and nothing was too much trouble . Our kids loved playing with the farm dog and cats . Location was good with plenty of amenities nearby , the views were to die for . We would definitely return , in fact we are planning a return trip already ! Thankyou Marian and Trevor .

What a lovely place! We really enjoyed our time here, friendly and accommodating hosts, good location and exactly what was needed for an excellent break away.

Lovely stay. Cottage was beautiful, very clean and even nicer than the photos. Stunning views, and great location for us to visit different towns and areas of interest around North Wales. Received a really warm welcome from hosts, including some fab banana loaf!
The property was fantastic, in a beautiful location. Very clean and decorated tastefully. Comfy beds and the hot tub was superb! Fresh eggs and welsh cakes on arrival! Would 100 recommend this place and hope to go back!
Beautiful cottage spotlessly clean. Would very highly recommended
Had a lovely week. Property is exactly as the pictures show spotlessly clean on arrival with hot tub emptied and refilled for us. Facilities great with everything you need in the kitchen. Owners very friendly and enjoyed seeing the goings on of the farm day to day. Special mention too to Bobbi the dog and Judy the cat who made it extra special for us Judy loves attention and we love cats so felt like we had our very own little farm cat for the week. Thanks for everything we wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place. Helen and Dan.

Great Cottage, great hosts, great location! We had a wonderful holiday. The cottage is on a working farm and we loved the time we spent here, Mr and Mrs Roberts made us feel very welcome. Diolch yn fawr!
We had a lovely 4 night stay, the cottage is in a great location with amazing views and you really felt away from it all. Only a short drive to the local shops cafes etc. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a busy day of activities, great location to visit all main attractions, we did two of the zip world sites, mountain biking and Snowdon. Fresh farm eggs on arrival and Bobby the farm dog always greeted us on our return. Would definitely stay again.
This is the nicest holiday property weve ever stayed in. It is furnished very tastefully, there is lots of space, it is very well equipped and the location is wonderful. The property was extremely clean on arrival and the owners are so friendly and helpful. It was a delight to be there at lambing season. We would highly recommend this property.
Lovely cottage in a beautiful area. Owners were very friendly and accomodating, and helpful with guidance of the local area. They also provided a high chair and travel cot for a young one, both of which were perfect. Facilities were great, we made good use of the hot tub which had amazing views! Thanks for a lovely stay, we hope to be back one day
Andrea
The cottage was quite cold at night. The hot tub could do with some form of cover over it to make it more private and to protect it from the wind and rain.
Georgina
We have had the loveliest holiday! A week here was much needed and the owners were amazing! Their pets were all characters and the farm was well kept and interesting! We particularly enjoyed our free time in the hot tub and although such close proximity to the owners house it felt private and comfortable! The cottage was amazingly stocked and had every facility we needed, and we were able go drive wherever due to the fab location! Views didnt seem real! This was our first time in wales and we will be back and we just want to thank them for having us!
Lovely spot, great views from the cottage over the valley.
Really well appointed and equipped cottage, very comfortable in the most ... Really well appointed and equipped cottage, very comfortable in the most wonderful location, a real escape from the outside world
V good if you like a remote location. Views are stunning. Hosts v friendly. Only one suggestion. The skylight in main bedroom has no blind. So light comes in morning. Ok for now but in June not so good!
Rosemary
Good location for Snowdonia park.
Jonathan
A fantastic Holliday home inside and out. The position is great to visit all the great places of North Wales. I would highly recommend to anyone.
The cottage is down a narrow road not too far from the nearest village. Luckily we didn't meet anything coming the other way as we went to and fro all week, as passing would have been difficult. Once at the cottage it was beautiful and serene with stunning views for miles in all directions. The cottage itself was very comfortable and very clean an extra deep clean due to covid. The family welcomed us with some tasty treats and were very friendly and helpful. A great week was had by all.
Many thanks to Mrs Roberts for all her extra cleaning to make it possible for us to go on holiday. We had a lovely time the cottage and location are stunning.
What a fabulous place to stay, great location for getting about North Wales. Mr and Mrs Roberts were very friendly.the cottage is superb.
An amazing location so peaceful fantastic scenery. It was in ideal location for walking or sightseeing. The converted barn had been converted very tastefully. Would certainly go back
Patricia
The cottage was lovely peaceful and quiet. The scenery from cottage was gorgeous. The cottage itself had everything you needed and very cosy and clean. Mr & Mrs Roberts made us very welcome although living next door we only saw them as we were going out. The cottage was at the top of a steep hill but not a problem as we didn't meet anyone. couldn't fault this cottage at all.
As soon as we entered the accommodation we felt all the stress lift from our shoulders. The converted barn was absolutely stunning and really clean. The views were breathtaking and the hosts were really nice leaving us a homemade sponge cake and as it was a working farm we had fresh eggs.

Accommodation was excellent. Location and views are wonderful. A good base for local hikes and not too far to drive to the main attractions of North Wales. Mrs Roberts was very pleasant and looked after us well. We would definitely book again in the future

We have stayed at Y Bwthyn three times, and have been extremely comfortable there. Marion and Trevor were very welcoming and made us feel at home. It's a beautiful and peaceful location and is ideally placed for exploring Snowdonia, the Llyn Peninsula, and north east Wales. There is an extraordinary variety of things to do within easy reach.
A brilliant and magical cottage ! ! Thank you for making our Easter holiday so brilliant. The cottage was in a idilic country side setting on a working farm and spectacular views across the hills. The owners, Mr and Mrs Roberts, were super hosts with great advice for the local area and things to do and our kids loved helping out with feeding the lambs and collecting eggs. Well return to continue exploring the area as theres so much so do.
Christopher
The lounge has been updated since the photos were taken at time of writing, the finish was of a high standard and very comfortable during the week we spent there. The hosts were friendly and only too happy to accommodate us. The kids really enjoyed seeing the working farm and the lambs in the fields. About a 15 minute drive from BetwsyCoed, it was easy to get out to various places to visit for the day. It was the first week of April and I think we had every weather imaginable including snow! The location and views were stunning and the cottage thoroughly delivered on the rural Welsh holiday experience we envisioned.
Anthony
This was our second visit to this property we enjoyed it so much that we are planning to return again! It's a lovely cottage in beautiful, peaceful surroundings but also close to many and varied things to do and places to go. Marion and Trefor, who run the farm, live next door and are very helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
Jeffrey

If you like remote, this is the place. Even though we were there during lambing it was incredibly quiet. Our hosts were lovely and helpful. A very relaxing few days.
Fantastic holiday. Loved our cottage. Would definitely recommend. The owners were so friendly. Overall a brilliant experience
Alison
