We had a great holiday, the house accommodated two families well with everything you could possibly need. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The pub (griffin) a two minute walk away is also well worth a visit. Good location to walk the river wye, visit Brecon, hay on wye and other locations in the Brecon Beacons.

Fab accommodation Fab location Fab owners who actually care for you while you stay
Sheena
Lovely large barn conversion with friendly owners on hand if required. Our young adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was hot whilst we were there and therefore had the windows open. Being situated on the main road through Llyswen it could get noisy as it was quite a busy road. Otherwise great base to explore from
Paula
Perfect home had everything you needed, very spacious with a big group. Had a lovely welcome pack and fresh flowers on arrival a lovely touch. Ideal location to explore, close to major attractions in area. Lovely village pub for food and walks by the river. The only downside is close to busy road so traffic noise, took getting used to as we live in a very rural quiet village. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Sophie
What a fantastic weekend we had!! The owners and their family were so friendly and attentive, making sure that we were ok/ didnt need anything. The cottage was so well equipped (toilet rolls, ample glasses/ crockery, range of utensils etc). The indoor hot tub is a lovely touch. The little courtyard is perfect for relaxing in during the sunnier weat her. All bedrooms were decorated beautifully. Thank you so much!
Ruth

Lovely Cottage, very clean and spacious, loved the Hot Tub too. Liz was a great host and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. Great pub just down the road The Griffin with lovely food. Will definitely be going back.
Sandra
The barn in which we stayed was fantastic the only downside was some road noise.
Jayne
Liz & Steve were fab & easy to get hold of before & once at the property. The barn itself is spacious, very clean, well equipped & the large indoor hot tub is an added bonus. We were a group of friends & wanted a relaxing weekend away. We arrived at the property where we found a lovely welcome pack but we had also arranged a store delivery as we we re not sure of what was available in the village. The Cafe served lovely food & The Griffin pub an excellent Sunday lunch & a good takeaway food menu
Caroll
What an amazing find. Right on the steps of the Brecon Beacons. The cottage was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was just what was needed after a long walk. The hosts were very helpful and on hand should they be needed. Only downside was the main road running just outside the property which was a bit noisy at nig ht if you had the window open. We would highly recommend this property.
