Granar Reviews

Malika
The property was wonderful! I couldnt have asked for anything better, it was very well kept and clean. The jacuzzi was cleaned and topped up daily and well as our surrounds. All rooms where very spacious, and with 10 of us in the house we never felt like we where treading on each others toes. The scenery was breath taking, being able to wake up to the that view every morning didnt get old, and it was sad to have to leave. The owners should be very proud of what they have, thank you so much for making our stay memorable.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had the best weekend, the facilities were exceptional, the views were breathtaking and we had so much fun. Thank you
Annabel
Absolutely stunning house in such a beautiful setting. The views are amazing and the location is very peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed, the beds were so comfy and it was lovely and clean. The outdoor space was perfect, we didnt have the best weather but it didnt matter as it was under the cover so we still managed to enjoy the facilities. The bathrooms didnt have any hand towels so will be worth taking your own. We had a lovely stay and would love to return.
Absolutley lovely property and beautiful surroundings. This was our second stay at Granar and it's the perfect accommodation for larger groups of family or friends. The hot tub and BBQ area is fabulous too.
Stephanie
A stunning property, in a super location with really responsive & accommodating hosts! The property was perfect for our stay with a group of adults & a couple of toddlers, to celebrate a milestone birthday. Loved the hot tub, the views and the undercover barbecue. Location is great with Rhug Farm Shop just down the road and plenty of lovely walks on the doorstep. The only negatives are that the property has an early check out time and you are unable to use the hot tub for the majority of your last full day. However, we understand why this would be the case and knew in advance. Well be returning again in the future.
The house is absolutely beautiful and everything is finished to such a high standard. The setting is stunning and the hosts couldnt have been more helpful. We were a party of 12 girls celebrating a 40th and the house is great for socialising, dancing and the hot tub and outside area are a real bonus. We will 100 return. Its also worth noting that the house is part of a complex of 5 houses of varying sizes so perfect to book for a larger group or family. Cant wait to come back!

Hi, The place was beautiful had a great stay, the only downside was there was no locks on the doors and the mattress was too soft. Property is well maintained and has stunning view. We very much enjoyed the hot tub. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Michael
Granar was wonderful better than the pictures if you can believe that the grounds were so big and the hot tub was amazing the house was simply stunning everything was perfect I cannot recommend this place enough get it booked soon as u can.
Beautiful house with so much room all our kids loved it, we went with 7 adults and 4 children . Very clean , beds were so comfy and kitchen had all the equipment you needed . The views are just amazing Hot tub was amazing only downfall is you have to take all your own towels which takes up so much room when packing ! It would be nice if they provided towels for the bathrooms and you just had to take a swimming towel , this is a minor thing it wouldnt stop me going back Definitely recommend anyone to go its a fantastic house very modern and lovely bespoke furniture, we would defo go again
11 of us went for the weekend and all had an amazing time. We will definitely be back in the summer.

We had an amazing week staying at Granar, the house was beautiful.
Excellent stay, very homely feel even though its so big. All essentials are provided which is great, including useful information in the booklets provided. In terms of additional things for the property, I would recommend maybe a pool table or darts board like a games room kind of feel as well. We will definitely be looking to come back in the future.

The accommodation was so great that cannot be compared to anything we have had before. Great views and an amazing hot tube. We made use of everything the property had, including the BBQ. This property is well equipped and ready to take in 12 guests at one time. Very spacious and gret value for money. I would consider coming back to the property on my next visit to Wales.
Fantastic place to stay, awesome house, all issues dealt with super quick.
We had the most fantastic stay here at Granar. The house itself exceeding our expectationsit was very high spec and well thought out, a perfect place to be with familyfriends. It was very quiet and peaceful and not too far from local attractions etcthe only thing to be aware of when booking is that you cant walk out anywhere so you do have to drive everywhere. Also, I would suggest to do your research about pubsrestaurants nearby as we struggled with this not sure if it was covid related or just not a lot around that would let you book The only other thing that disappointed us was that we had planned our last afternoon to be at the house, in the hot tub and upon our return we found that it had been emptied therefore it was cold. We have never been anywhere before that has done this so we were a little shocked! It would have been good to know this happened before. However, as we have said before everything else was fantastic so definitely dont be put off by the only negative. The scenery is also incredible and we would 100 recommend this property.
Debbie
Beautiful property, finished to a high spec. The surrounding views are amazing and we had an amazing family holiday
Hayley
Absolutely beautiful house, amazing views and decorated to a high standard. The outdoor BBQ area is fantastic along with the hot tub. Great location. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a fantastic week and would highly recommend this property. Would definitely return in the future.
