enjoy the views from the elevated position of this barn, one of three on a development that has been configured with great accessibility for wheelchair users. the barn offers wide doors, with a spacious single-level ground floor that is perfect for families getting together. a cosy lounge area with a corner sofa and smart tv offers a space to unwind or socialise. a dining area features a large table and chairs which is perfect for sharing home-cooked meals in the evenings, prepared in the sleek kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. there is also a ground-floor wc. for wheelchair users, a vertical lift provides access to a first-floor bedroom. this room features a profiling bed with hoist and ceiling track, along with a further single bed, and there is an en-suite wet room with a shower, shower chair and wc. a separate staircase offers access to a spacious landing with a choice of two bedrooms: a double room with garden views, and a twin room. there is also a family shower room with a double walk-in shower and wc.
to enjoy the gardens, guests can open the sliding patio doors and step out onto the single-level patio. here there is a table and chairs for summer dining and a wood-fired hot tub that has a wooden pergola with a hoist. there is off-road parking for two cars.
