Honestly, we had such a lovely stay! The cottage is so welcoming, it really feels like a home away from home. The decor is charming, with cosy lighting and good quality furniture that makes it super comfortable. There’s plenty of space too - three bedrooms and bathrooms meant no one was waiting around. We loved how close it is to Lanhydrock; it’s perfect for exploring. We didn’t want to leave and definitely plan to come back. If you’re after a relaxing break, this place hits the spot!

We really had a lovely time! The cosy touches made it feel specialand the short stroll to Lanhydrock parklands was perfect for dog walks right from the door. Plus, exploring nearby beautiful spots was easy. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at Badgers was really lovely. There’s plenty of space for everyone - we were a group of 4 adults, 2 teenagersand 3 dogsand it never felt crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made cooking a breeze. The beds were super comfy, so we all slept well. We enjoyed exploring the nearby trails at Lanhydrock and cycling around, plus a walk through Cardinham Woods. Definitely planning to return since there’s so much more to see. The owner was also very helpful, sending us the entry code and leaving bread, butter, milkand wine for us - a nice touch!

The place was spotless and perfectly located-close to supermarkets and some really cool historic sites. We explored quite a bit because it’s central to everything. Badgers was such a lovely place to spend Christmas! Super cosy with the fire making everything feel really festive. The location was spot on and parking was a big help. We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! The location is stunningand the decor feels really cosy and thoughtfully put together. The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages.  You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones.  Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors.  Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.
