Head to the family room and you can light the wood burner, switch on the TV and relax on the comfortable seating, or cross the hall to the main lounge, which also has a wood burner and a TV. There’s a shower room on the ground floor, and steps lead to an annexe with a single bedroom. Four of the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor: a king-size with an en-suite, another king-size, a double, and a bunk bedroom for two with an additional single bed. Completing the interior, there are two twin bedrooms on the second floor (reached via a set of stairs without a handrail). Outside, the tiered gardens include a hot tub (on the higher level) that enjoys fabulous views. The coastal village of Aberdyfi is set in a gorgeous location at the mouth of the River Dyfi. Its popular beach has 4 miles of sand, and you can enjoy sailing and water sports as well as crab fishing from the jetty. Take a boat trip from the harbour or explore the walking and cycling trails that criss-cross the area. In the village you’ll find shops, galleries and places to eat, and there’s an 18-hole golf course just under a mile away.

We are just back from a weeks holiday with our extended family (6 adults and 4 children) we had a great time, the accommodation is fantastic, all the fixtures are of a great quality and everything you need is provided. And of course the views!! It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops, though you should be aware that there is a climb back up t o the house so possibly not suitable for the elderly as there is also a number of steps. Would definitely recommend 5

Beautiful home, excellent location and stunning views. Very comfortable beds and plenty room for the 10 of us. Beach not far away and perfect for children. Would definitely recommend staying
Rosanne
We had a wonderful stay at Eithinfa. The house is big enough for our large family group and had everything you could want in terms of facilities. It was a short walk to the beach, the train station and the town centre. And the view - well you could not get enough of that - rain or shine it was the constant focus of the holiday! Aberdovey itself is a lovely small seaside town. And did I mention the view!
