The area is rich in breath-taking walks, with the magnificent landscapes of the ancient Offa’s Dyke National Trail passing close by. The golden sandy beaches of Barmouth, southern Snowdonia's most popular seaside resort, are approximately an hour's drive away.

Entering this enchanting hideaway, head through to the sumptuous lounge where you will find a welcoming wood burner, ample seating and a Smart TV. Continuing through, the light-filled kitchen/diner has plenty of space and equipment for preparing and sharing family feasts.

Exploring further, there’s a characterful snug with a library and a games area with a football table and French doors leading out to the quiet private patio. The ground floor also has a handy boot room and WC.

Heading upstairs, you’ll have a choice of three spacious bedrooms: a charming twin room which can be made up as a super king-size on request, and two cheerful king-size rooms – one with its own en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms offer beautiful views to wake up to.
