The village of Walcott is a quiet, undisturbed holiday destination with a wide, sandy beach (300 metres) and a local pub (0.5 miles). It’s just 5 miles from Mundesley, a livelier Victorian seaside village with a beach backed by colourful, traditional fishing huts.

As well as being on the Norfolk Coast Path, Mundesley is also situated on the Paston Way, a 22-mile walking route that offers incredible scenery from Cromer (12 miles) to North Walsham (6.5 miles), well worth a wander on a bright, sunny day.
