Absolutely stunning accommodation, ideally situated near enough to shops etc but far enough away to feel secluded and peaceful. The place is really well equipped, has really comfy beds and an amazing hot tub. The hosts were brilliant, very friendly and helpful when we had questions etc. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

Langley Barn is a great space for socialising. The communal area is huge allowing everyone to do their thing, being it cooking, watching TV or playing cards. We had a great time and have no hesitation recommending the property. We agree with previous reviews that the welcome pack is exceptional and the beds very comfortable.

Had such an amazing weekend here. The barn is absolutely stunning, spotless and so well equipped.. Nicola the host is so lovely. We are definitely returning,. We have been going away for 10years now as a group of 6, to unwind and chill after a. busy Christmas, and enjoy listening to music and watching TV The WIFI connection is poor, so this did mean this proved difficult, so maybe a Booster would help. Also a retractable cover for the hiot tub for rainy days. Please do not hesitate to book this accommodation you wont be disappointed.

This was our second visit to Langley Barn, and once again, it absolutely didnt disappoint. The house is fabulousspacious, beautifully designed, and wonderfully cosy thanks to the underfloor heating. The kitchen is huge and incredibly wellequipped, making it a joy to cook and gather in. Each bedroom has its own lovely ensuite, with a super comfortable bed and a dressing table and mirror. Evenings were spent relaxing in the hot tub under the dark, starfilled skya perfect way to unwind. The owners have truly thought of everything you could possibly need for a memorable stay, right down to the thoughtful welcome basket waiting for us on arrival. We had such a fantastic time that weve already booked again for next year. Langley Barn really is a special place we cant wait to return to!

Been to this place before and the fit out is of the highest quality through out, the owners have spared nothing when they designed this holiday barn conversion, I have been to many holiday homes over the years and this is the best place I have ever stayed at. The owners are lovely too living close by, and nothing is too much trouble if you need anything, a lovely touch too with some welcome bits including beers in the fridge, the place is just pure class. You wont regret choosing this place and we will certainly be going back.

What can I say? A beautiful property, situated in a quiet remote area but only a short drive to major roads and surrounding villages, towns and cities. The property has everything you need for your stay. It is very well equipped, comfortable and and a big plus that all the bedrooms had their own ensuite bathrooms. It suited all the generations in our party. The TV had access to streaming services and there was also a cupboards full of games to suit all ages. We made full use of the lovely hot tub, it was lovely sat out under the stars! The owners were really lovely and welcoming and on hand if we had any questions. Well definitely recommend this property to our family and friends and hopefully have a return visit ourselves sometime in the future.

By far one of the best holiday properties we have ever had! They really have thought of everything. The kitchen was especially well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans and trays etc enough to cook a full roast dinner if you so wish. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone inside and out, and the hot tub overlooking the wheat field was large enough for 5 of us. The property exceptionally wellequipped and impeccably presented. We wanted for nothing. The kitchen contained everything necessary to cater for a group of eight adults, the beds were extremely comfortable, and all home comforts were thoughtfully provided. The patio area resembled a Mediterranean resort especially when the sun shone which it did throughout the week, and we our time relaxing on the sun loungers, enjoying the jacuzzi, and making use of the BBQ. Our hosts were available if needed though we did not require their assistance and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. We will certainly return.

Langley Barn has been finished to a very high standard. Clean modern fittings and high class fixtures throughout the premises and this standard is carried through to the outdoor area including the hottub. Friendly, helpful owners live nearby should they need to be contacted. We had a great week there and would be very happy to book there again.

Absolutely stunning barn perfect for a weekend away with a group of friends! No arguing over who gets the best bedroom as there are four generously sized ensuite bedrooms ! The open plan lounge and kitchen area is stunning! Possibly the most well equipped self catering property we have ever stayed in literally has everything you could ever need and then some! An amazing place to slay, this has to be one of the best farm houses Ive ever stayed in. The attention to detail is absolutely spot on, everything is catered for. The owners are also both amazing they met us when we got in and helped show how the different equipment operates. The welcome pack was also the best Ive seen, we felt truly spoilt. If anyone wants to find a glorious place to stay then this is the one! The surrounding areas have some lovely places to visit with true English heritage and the nearby pubs are lovely, warm and welcoming. Next time we visit Derbyshire we will be staying here again.

Great house for a large group. Spotless. Excellent communication from the owners before and during our stay. The largest TV ever. The kitchen has lots of crockery etc and lots of pans and trays. 2 ovens makes it brilliant for self catering. More trivets would be helpful when plating up.

Oh my word what an amazing barn. We were met by the owner who showed us around which was helpful. The barn is a fabulous space, open plan kitchen, dining, living, great for our group, very comfortable, massive tv & we all loved the cozy media wall fireplace. The barn is very well equipped, the owners have thought of everything you might need during your stay. Beds were super comfy, crisp white bedding & the fluffiest towels. Fabulous hot tub, very private overlooking fields & we were lucky to see the Aurora Borealis. We loved it so much we booked for next year & we cant wait.

Langley Barn was just perfect for a relaxing week away. Plenty of space for six people to spread out. The large lounge area with giant TV screen and comfy sofa made for a cosy night in when the rain was pouring down outside. During the day it was so nice to sit on the large decking areea for brunch, enjoying the stillness of the surrounding countryside, followed by a dip in the hot tub. We really didn't want to leave.
