The hot tub was a real treat after a dip in the pondand the beds were super comfy. Having 3 bathrooms made things so much easierand the kitchen was fully equipped. The wood burner kept us cosyand the gym was surprisingly well-stocked. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the donkeys made our day. We'll definitely be coming back!

Puzzlewood is a somewhat unique attraction within the beautiful Forest of Dean. Visitors can explore the mile of pathways passing over wooden bridges and through some stunning tree and rock formations. The maze of pathways are quite enchanting and the site has recently been used as a location for the BBC1 production of Merlin. While enjoying the splendour of nature there are many types of wildlife to meet along the way including Shetland ponies, Donkeys and Highland Cattle.
