Our second visit to this wonderful house with a group of work friends. It's in a great position for visiting the area. The owners are really welcoming,on hand for any queries. It's very well equipped,warm and comfortable ,we enjoyed the hot tub too. Thanks for a very special weekend.

The house is beautifully presented, comfy beds, drawers and hanging space in every bedroom. Lots of space with 2 living areas, a kitchen with smaller table and breakfast bar along with a massive dining table for all to eat at. The kitchen was brilliantly equipped with lots of options of pots and pans, air fryer, slow cooker, you name it it was already in there! Our only downside was the aga not being on as this made cooking for 11 trickier and as a group of adults we would have loved this. As the kitchen was so well equipped we were able to juggle. The house is in a gorgeous setting, with sheltered hot tub close to the house. It exceeded our expectations and everyone had a great stay. Thank you very much for making it such a welcoming place to come and stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place is even better in real life than in the photos. The house is very spacious both inside and outside, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. We especially loved the football area, the hammock with a beautiful and calming view, apple picking, and the BBQ area all of which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The whole house has a modern look and feels very comfortable. Although the beds are a bit small, everything else more than made up for it. Overall, such a relaxing and memorable experience highly recommended.

This is a lovely property, it is as described on the listing. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with a nice modern feel. The bathrooms were clean and fresh looking and again very spacious. The kitchen had sufficient facilities for cooking for a large group and the dining room has plenty of space for the entire group to sit and eat together, which was lovely. The outside area is perfect when the weather is nice, with a hot tub, multiple outside seating areas with lovely views and a nice big lawn area for garden games etc. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and we will definitely look at coming back again at some point.

It could do with a maintenance once over small things like dishwasher front coming off, AGA much too hot Ive got one at home so know how to optimise their use, loo door on ground floor not locking, hot water being a bit unreliable. Lovely building & well planned accommodation. Hot tub great. Lovely gardens.

The house was beautiful. So well thought out with lots of lovely touches. Everything had been thought about and whatever you needed was there. The gardens were wonderful for the children to play and the house provided excellent space for a big family gathering.

Excellent place to stay. The owners had thought of everything. Well equipped . Dining room table was set beautifully with napkins etc and looked so festive. Such a nice touch. Laundry baskets in all bedrooms and bathrooms so useful. A massive thank you to prefect hosts would definitely love to return.

Second time back at Fields Farm for our early Girly Christmas get together. The house was dressed up with Christmas decorations they were fabulous and the icing on the cake. The welcome pack of mulled wine homemade cake and orange juice was greatly received. The house was clean and well stocked with all the equipment needed . Already booked for next year, thank you to Fiona and Martyn for making our stay special.

Wonderful place, out in the countryside & lovely surroundings. Furnishings were beautiful & beds very comfy. An issue with 1 shower being too hot, which they offered to come & look at, but we had 2 more bathrooms to share so said leave it till we'd gone. Party of 7 ladies & we had a whale of a time, hot tub great & being under cover was a bonus checked every day. Fields farm completely exceeded our expectations. I had seen on a review before I booked our family break birthday celebration, that the pictures as shown on the website do not do this property justice that is absolutely correct ! The property is even more beautiful very comfortable and great for families due to the space both inside and out. It is a fully equipped house and we felt 'at home' immediately. Contact with the owners was really easy too. When I needed to ask a couple of questions before and during our stay, they replied very quickly with the answer. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely girls weekend in the property. The autumn decorations were a lovely touch and the kitchen was well stocked. The space was perfect for getting together and we were just disappointed we weren't staying longer! The bedrooms were so comfortable and little extras like hot tub towels were well received.

We went for a short trip at this fabulous property, all of our young kids absolutely loved the place. It was very roomy, had all of the necessary amenities a really thoughtful touch by the owners. It was decorated beautifully we had a really wonderful time, the owners were extremely nice, they were always available, very polite and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

As previously Fiona went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay at Fields Farm. Just an amazing property and outside areas. We were celebrating Christmas in May...yes a little crazy I know but Fiona helped make this possible and even Santa came to visit. Cant wait until next time!

Absolutely beautiful house and surroundings. Plenty of space for a group of 12. Ample crockery cutlery glasses etc. only one negative the lower garden furniture was very dirty so we had to clean a chair before we sat on it. But overall 1010 excellent place. Will definitely be returning

Stayed friday 29thfri 5th april 2024 ruby wedding celebrations We booked Fields farm because it would accommodate our large family, and was ideally located for the activities we had planned. On arrival we were delighted with the very thoughtful welcome pack, and the anniversary card left by the owners. The home made sponge was delicious and the grandkids loved the easter egg hunt which had been set up by the owners and the kids enjoyed the chocolate treats they received during the week. The house and the facilities exceeded our expectations and the family all enjoyed the hot tub. We found everything that was needed to make our stay enjoyable and we would certainly be recommending the property to our family and friends.

I have wrote in the visitors book. All good and will possibly book for next year...Great location.. clean..comfortable ..loved it. Highly recommend staying here..peaceful and quiet.

We've had an absolutely fantastic stay, the home is so beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! And you're completely private, it was just absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much for the generous basket at the start of our stay, with the added touch of a turkey tray knowing that we were planning a late Xmas dinner! It was so lovely!!

We found the property to be exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the beds were comfy, the whole place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was really well equipped for large groups and the stair gates, travel cot and highchair provided was a brilliant addition. Wed love to come back again and finally get to use the hot tub and explore the grounds a bit more. One tiny note I forgot to mention is we had a power cut in the high winds but we found the electric box and rebooted and it was all fine. It was only the lights in the kitchen and dining room that was affected and we fixed it within about ten mins so not a problem! The weather was really bad that night!

What a beautiful house. A lovely welcome gift of wine,milk,orangejuice,butter,bread and a lovely homemade cake. Plenty of room for our pre Christmas weekend. Each bedroom was large and beds were really comfy.We will certainly be back.

We had a wonderful stay here, the house was spacious enough for all 10 of us, of various ages, to be together comfortably, the two sitting rooms allowed us to either spend time together or apart. Lots of board games and also some outside games are supplied which the children loved. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated with quality bedding. In the kitchen is an Aga which we all fell in love with after viewing it with some trepidation! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly want in the way of crockery, cutlery, glasses, ovenware and utensils. On arrival the owner provided a generous welcome pack which was very much appreciated after a long journey. This was one of the best holiday rental cottages we have ever stayed in.

Honestly couldnt fault our stay here, Fiona and her husband were so attentive, nothing was to much trouble for them and it was so nice that they came every morning to sort the hot tub. The little touches such as the cake, milk, bread and butter that was there ready for us when we arrived was such a nice surprise. They think of all the little things to help you have the most perfect stay and for a group of 12 girls it was perfect, hoping to make it an annual thing and we will deffo be returning.
