Lovely stay at the Whitehouse, everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The house has been furnished to a high standard. The hot tub and garden was lovely and well maintained Lovely touch by the owners who leftca welcome pack for us which was much appreciated

This is a beautiful house, decorated gorgeously! Perfect for a getaway with 8 friends for my partners 30th. The rooms are beautiful with huge bathtubs & the downstairs bedroom was great for the couple with a dog. A gorgeous welcome package was left for us which kept us going until our Tesco delivery arrived. It is very private which was great for a little celebration into the early hours. Nice and close to the city to nip out and explore a taxi was only around 10mins and the house is over the road to a lovely woodland. The hot tub broke on the first night & needed new parts through no fault of anyones and is just one of those things that can happen, the host had such a speedy response which was hugely appreciated. It was back up and running from electricians and hot tub technicians in just over 24hrs which cannot be faulted, we thought we might be without for the rest of our stay but we werent! Honestly such great host service, contactable whenever needed and very friendly. The pool table was great fun and we had a couple of cosy movie nights in the living room. Weve all said we cant wait to return again!

Really lovely cottage for the family to spend some quality time together. It is furnished beautifully with comfort in mind. Kitchen is well equipped and we got a lot of use from the pool table and hot tub. A welcome package was waiting and the owner kindly recommended pubs in the area for booking lunch. Theres a lovely cosy living room with a sumptuous sofa to accommodate all 8 of us and the whole place was toasty warm with the heating and plenty of hot water for baths and showers. The owners sound lovely and were quick to answer all queriescommunications. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White House!

The White House is beautiful and everything in it feels really high quality. Pool table and hot tub are great for family fun. Care package on arrival was lovely. Great luxury holiday rental and close to lots of places to explore

We have just spent 2 nights 1012 October and had a brilliant time. The cottage is gorgeous all the way through, beds are comfortable, lovely big freestanding baths and beautiful dcor throughout. The outside area is very large with ample seating, large hot tub, fire, BBQ and swing seat. Couldn't fault at all and a bonus was we were left bread, milk, butter, biscuits, eggs and a bottle of prosecco.

The house is beautiful, its been done up to such a high standard and it was absolutely perfect for our Girls staycation. There were eight of us staying there for the three nights. The hot tub was perfect and we loved the pool table. We all wanted to take it home. There was plenty parking for our six cars and plenty of space in the house. Any issues that did arise were resolved so quickly by the hosts, they were so attentive. We really enjoyed our weekend away and I would definitely recommend the White House for a staycation.

Disappointed the garden wasnt more secure for the dogs . The dinner plates are too big to put In the dishwasher probably as the fan hits them when switched on . The gifts on arrival was a nice gesture. The cottage was lovely and clean enjoyed the hot tub and pool table . Had nice few days break with family

Lovely little home. We had a brilliant stay didnt want to leave. It was a great location into the city and had everything we needed in terms of facilities dishwasher washing machine etc. we really enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor seating. There is also a huge grassy area at the back that isnt shown in the listing so we spent lots of time there playing badminton and kicking a ball around. The house itself is gorgeous and beautifully decorated and quite isolated so we did spend the first night playing pool and lounging into the early hours of the morning. It could do with a couple of tiny adjustments to the showers and the inclusion of items such as dishwasher tablets or a hoover but nothing that effected out stay at all. In fact, the owners were in touch throughout the whole stay and even had a dustpan and brush dropped off on our second night that we requested just so we could keep things a little tidy. It was also next to a main road so theres is some noise not much once youre inside the house and children pets should supervised but again, we didnt have any problems as the back garden is pretty much fully enclosed, including the little patio for the downstairs bedroom. Overall, absolutely brilliant stay I would definitely recommend and will be back!
