For nature lovers, the Solway Coast National Landscape is just 14 miles away, while the pretty market towns of Bassenthwaite (16.5 miles) and Keswick (27 miles) make for lovely day trips. On arrival, step through the entrance hall into a sleek and stylish kitchen/diner, kitted out with an elegant table for laid-back family meals or board games.
