With ample off-road parking, a tennis court and a bubbling hot tub this grand home provides the perfect setting for large families or friends seeking a luxurious countryside escape where timeless elegance meets modern comfort.

As you pass through stately electric gates into a spacious private courtyard, the grandeur of this Georgian estate unfolds, offering a harmonious blend of classic architecture and contemporary amenities. Inside, the heart of the home is a beautifully appointed farmhouse-style kitchen, featuring a double Belfast sink, AGA cooker, slow cooker, wine chiller, and ample fridge/freezer space, all set against charming cream tiles and complemented by breakfast bar seating.

Adjacent, the formal dining room comfortably seats twelve guests, perfect for hosting grand dinners. For relaxation, the snug sitting room offers a Smart TV and a large corner sofa, while the formal living room boasts a feature fireplace, double-aspect windows, and plush seating.

Head for the Bowland Wild Boar park and we don't think you will be disappointed.  A popular attraction in Preston there is so much to do for the whole family.  From picnics, walks and wildlife to experiencing feeding the animals you are sure to have a memorable day out.  Also popular is the kids tractor play area.  For rest and relaxation the cafe is ideal serving hot drinks and snacks with a lovely view over the pond and wildlife feeding station.  The Forest of Bowland has been declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
