As you pass through stately electric gates into a spacious private courtyard, the grandeur of this Georgian estate unfolds, offering a harmonious blend of classic architecture and contemporary amenities. Inside, the heart of the home is a beautifully appointed farmhouse-style kitchen, featuring a double Belfast sink, AGA cooker, slow cooker, wine chiller, and ample fridge/freezer space, all set against charming cream tiles and complemented by breakfast bar seating.

Adjacent, the formal dining room comfortably seats twelve guests, perfect for hosting grand dinners. For relaxation, the snug sitting room offers a Smart TV and a large corner sofa, while the formal living room boasts a feature fireplace, double-aspect windows, and plush seating.

Amazing place. 9 adults a toddler and 2 dogs went for Christmas. The house has everything you need, it's the best property we have been in so far. Frank the owner is lovely and made us feel very welcome. The house is in a beautiful setting and has lots of space. It's very spacious with large outside areas. We loved the hot tub in the evening and the tennis courts too. Would definitely recommend it.

What a beautiful house. I booked this for a pre Christmas family get together. We have stayed in dozens of houses cottages lodges over the last few years and I have learnt along the way that you often need to bring along catering extras. At Laithe House everything we could have needed was already provided. We felt so at home here we really didn't want to leave. Thank you to Frank for always being on hand if we had any questions.

Wow, from driving up to the house, the orangery with underfloor heating, the huge master bedroom with fire, the vast grounds with hot tub, beautiful views, entertaining kitchen area with 3 American fridges and 3 dishwashers! We celebrated a birthday and the New Year with family and friends in this lovely house, everything was perfect

The house is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. Great for relaxing with family and friends. And the location is excellent with so many wonderful walks straight from the house. Plus interesting places to visit nearby eg. Townley Hall when raining or when you fancy a changes from exploring nearby walks, towns, villages. The stay opened my eyes to the beauty that Lancashire has to offer, No shortage of hills and views. And friendly people.

We went for my wife's 60th birthday and it was everything i hoped for and more. Great location and the pictures do not do it justice. Thanks Frank.

We had a lovely stay as a family to celebrate my husbands 50th & our 25th anniversary. The house was perfect for this occasion. Plenty of space. All the rooms were on the larger size, Several rooms with sofas so we all had space to chill & chat with each other. The hot tub to watch the world go by with a glass of champagne was another bonus. Then a little bit of exercise on the tennis court. Great walking trails behind the property for getting some fresh air & walking the dog. Perfect weekend for all. Thank you!

What a fantastic time we had celebrating a family birthday in such a luxury well equipped house! Just loved the space and outdoor area. Hot tub and tennis courts an added bonus! Very comfy beds! After a lovely welcome from Frank, my friends and I enjoyed an amazing few days at this stunning property. We were a group of 9 celebrating a big birthday. We ate in all three nights. It was a great space for us all to prepare and cook food! The open plan kitchen, dining and orangery loungebar was perfect for everyone to be together, whether cooking or relaxing. And had enough space for a bit of dancing! The grounds are truly beautiful and peaceful, and the hot tub was well used! We are already discussing making it an annual trip! Thanks to Frank and Caroline for the warm welcome and memorable weekend.

Wow, what a place! Laithe House is a spacious property and very luxurious. We stayed as a family with 3 generations and all loved it every minute of our stay. The open entertaining area with its bar and massive TV was most popular, leading out onto the gorgeous garden, extensive patio and the hot tub. As we entered the property, we were speechless with how beautiful the house was! Frank and Caroline both were friendly hosts who were always quick and available to answer questions and support us. They allowed us to check out later and this was really helpful especially as we had children with us. It was the perfect family home and we had the best time. It was very clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage last week. The home was in an ideal location, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Frank, our host, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The cottage itself was incredible and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Wed happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Laith house. The property is stunning and spacious. There were 10 adults and 2 children in our party and we had more than enough space. The comfy Kitchen, dining and living area were great for our evening of drinks and food. The beautiful outdoor space was fantastic too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already excited to return. Thank you to Frank the property owner who answered all our queries and was really friendly.

Head for the Bowland Wild Boar park and we don't think you will be disappointed. A popular attraction in Preston there is so much to do for the whole family. From picnics, walks and wildlife to experiencing feeding the animals you are sure to have a memorable day out. Also popular is the kids tractor play area. For rest and relaxation the cafe is ideal serving hot drinks and snacks with a lovely view over the pond and wildlife feeding station.
