Alternatively, head in5o Ingleton (7 miles) to follow its famous waterfalls trail, or venture underground at White Scar Cave (8 miles).

Further afield, make a beeline for Skipton (19.5 miles), where a medieval castle presides over a bustling high street. Take a few steps up to your glamping pod and step inside to find a bright, open-plan space that makes clever use of every corner.
