We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage tucked away in a peaceful spot. It's super clean and well-furnished, with a maid coming halfway through our two-week trip, which was a nice touch. Perfect for exploring both the coast and moorland easily. We also found some cracking places to eat-best fish and chips at Magpie's Cafe in Whitbyand for a bit more fancy, Estbek House and The Homestead were great picks. Definitely a good spot to relax and unwind!

The property is set back from the road and there is no traffic noise at all, very peaceful indeed. The owners were easily contacted by telephone for any queries and could not have been more helpfull. This was our second stay, truly like a home from home. A beautifully appointed cottage in such peace and tranquility, so relaxing yet close to all the popular east coast area. We enjoyed lots of local beautiful walks and were so lucky to see a lot of wildlife, so many roe deer this time around and the majestic barn owls, not to mention the many, many cute rabbits.
