Enjoying the coast in Cullen, Moray is this Victorian, three-storey house of Crannoch Self Catering. Formerly the Crannoch Hotel, this wonderful property can sleep up to 18 people, making for a fantastic setting for a large family break.

Upon arrival, you will be pleased to find ample private parking for six to 10 vehicles, before making your way inside. There are several areas for you to chill in within the property, with one of these being a spacious living/dining room boasting a bar area and seating for all the group, another being a charming snug for those seeking an intimate spot to unwind, and the other consisting of a games room which also offers a fabulous bar area; these marvellous spaces allow for an abundance of much-needed quality time with your loved ones!

Progress through the property to come across a kitchen/diner, the space features stylish, monochrome cabinetry which houses several appliances that the chef of the group can rustle up home-cooked delights with. These delights can be savoured at the adjacent breakfast table for four people, in the living/dining room or in the formal dining room; there is plenty of choice here!

Just off the kitchen, you can also find a handy utility/pantry which offers laundry facilities, so you can keep your holiday wardrobe clean throughout your stay. When night falls, take your pick from ten bedrooms, including a ground-floor king with its own wet room, two king-size rooms with basins, an additional double, two second-floor doubles with en-suite shower rooms, two twin rooms each with a basin, and two singles.

The first floor also hosts two handy shower rooms, where you can wash those sandy toes after a day along Cullen's picturesque shores. Climb the stairs again to the second floor, where you will find an additional shower room to service the bedrooms.

Crannoch Self Catering Reviews

Mr Dodd
A lovely place to stay with everything we needed Beautiful area to explore
Mr Glennie
Splendid property, 13 of us, accommodated with ease, clean and neat. Having our own bar & lounge was great as was big dining room. Lots of other nice details, fridge with icemaker, cooker big enough for amount of guests, crockery, glasses, cookware etc, plenty of and good quality. Hot tub was spotless. Towels and linen great quality. Anything to improve ? Nit picking really but perhaps a big TV in the lounge for any rainy days or big events, Grand National viewing in the small lounge was a bit cramped. Unreservedly recommend and I am sure we will return.
Mrs Ingram
Lovely property. A huge bonus to have a hot tub. Had lovely weather for FebMar so it was put to good use. Bedrooms all roomy and confortable and plenty showers and toilets. Would definetly recommend a visit to Crannoch House to spend time up the Moray Coast. Beach in Cullen is a great place for the kids in the summer. If you are lucky you might see dolphins in the moray firth.
Mrs Andrews
We had a brilliant stay at Crannoch! The house has everything you need to entertain all ages. We enjoyed lounging in the living room, playing games with the kids, relaxing in the hot tub and propping up the bar! The central location is great for a walk along the viaductbeach and to pop out for something to eat. The rooms are very comfortable and homely. Thank you David and Leanne for being so accommodating! Fantastic weekend had by all.
Mrs Buist

Mr Mckenzie
We had a fabulous week and would highly recommend. So clean and spacious. Will definitely go back.
Ms Wilson
I had a lovely holiday at the Crannoch, the place was comfy and clean with great facilities to cater for large groups. The door leading to carpark could do with a railing as my elderly dad found the steps a challange with nothing to hold on to. Can't fault anything else. lovely welcome when we arrived. Over all had a very pleasant stay.
Mrs Jack
We had a wonderful stay at Crannoch in Cullen. The accommodation and facilities were deal for our family gathering, ages ranging from four to eighty. The rooms were clean and bright, the kitchen well equipped and the outdoor area a haven for children and adults. With plenty off road parking, secure storage for bikes etc the position was also ideal for easy access to shops and beach. Last but not least, the owner was especially welcoming and helpful.
Mrs McDonald
We had an amazing familyofseven holiday at Crannoch Self Catering in Cullen. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, large and with lots of areas to relax and socialise and sleep. It was extremely clean and well maintained with lots of nice little touches dotted around the property, and the owners were super helpful. We especially loved the hottub and games room, just ideal for keeping us all entertained and relaxed. Location was ideal too, quiet but just a few moments away from the main Cullen thoroughfare. We had such a brilliant, memorable time.... we'll definitely be back!
