Bogrie Country Cottage is a detached two-bedroom property on a working farm near Annan in Dumfries and Galloway. Set on a rural country lane with views across to the Cumbrian Hills and the Solway coast, this is a beautifully decorated cottage that retains the outward look of a typical Galloway cottage.

Your host Rachel will personally welcome you and offer a tour of the farm.

The surrounding area offers beaches and cliff top walks, golf courses, fishing, historic castles and a trip to Gretna Green. Evening stargazing from the hot tub is genuinely spectacular here thanks to the dark skies.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a 5ft kingsize bed and Bedroom 2 has two 3ft single beds. The modern shower room has a large walk-in shower.

The sitting room features a wood-burning stove and Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.

Gretna Green is under 20 minutes away (12 miles).

Caerlaverock Castle is around 30 minutes (18 miles). The Gretna Green Outlet Village and Dumfries town centre are both within easy reach.
