Five beautifully appointed bedrooms four luxurious king size rooms and one magnificent emperor suite ensure every guest enjoys a genuinely restful night’s sleep. If you need a little extra room, two pull-out beds can comfortably accommodate up to 2 additional guests, making this the perfect base for larger groups or those spontaneous last-minute additions to the guest list.

At the heart of the house is a spectacular, fully equipped Tom Howley kitchen a true entertainer’s dream. Generous worktops, with bar seating top of the range appliances, and everything you could possibly need to rustle up feasts from breakfast through to a late night spread.

A grand dining table seats all 12 guests together, because the best holiday memories are always made around a table. A dedicated utility room keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, so nothing gets in the way of the fun.

For your morning coffees and breakfast there is a large table with chairs just outside the kitchen door. At the end of the garden next to the hot tub and lounge chairs, there is a fully equipped outdoor BBQ and kitchen.
