A family bathroom is located on the ground floor, and upstairs, there is a gleaming new shower room as well as four restful bedrooms. Accessed via a laundry room in the cellar, the sheltered farmhouse garden is a fabulous asset!

The large lawn provides a lovely, safe space for children to play, whilst the impressive sun deck with private hot tub and fitted gas barbecue offers a fantastic place to enjoy long summer evenings together. The village of Angarrack has a friendly community and traditional country inn, and is just a short drive from the long golden beaches and grassy sand dunes of Hayle, Godrevy and Gwithian.

Popular with surfers and families alike, the beaches offer plenty of space for everyone and are worth a visit whatever time of the year you visit. The nearby town of Hayle is home to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as an RSPB reserve and the family-friendly Paradise Park bird and wildlife sanctuary with its wonderful indoor soft play centre.
