The cottage is just lovely, really remote but there are some beautiful walks of various lengths nearby. We didn't encounter much traffic on the trails either. We spotted deer right in front of the cottage and, while out walking, we came across ponies, more deer, cattle wandering about, a few foxesand honestly, too many rabbits to count! Such a great place to stay!

Supermarkets are only a ten minute drive away. The owners were super friendly and we couldn't thank them enough. Seriously, don't think twice and just book!

The cottage is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location is quiet and countryside surrounds the property with two lovely horses. The hot tub was a bonus and was nice to use with the family. Because of the location, there was no phone reception but a short walk up the hill solved that. WiFi was great though. The owners were welcoming and a cream scone tea was waiting for us when we arrived which was lovely. The cottage is about 15 mins from the local supermarket and not far from the beach.
