We had a lovely relaxing break and its was such a relief to have an enclosed secure garden for our dogs especially as one of them is very anxious. There is lots of lovely garden birds in the mature shrubs. The cottage was very nice and well equiped in the kitchen we did use the wood burner which was lovely treat. Thank you

We stayed in Gillyflower for our honeymoon, and it was a lovely place to stay. Nice and remote without being too far from everything, the cottage was beautiful and very well equipped The hot tub and log fire really made it extra special
Angelina
Bijou holiday accommodation. Owners are very nice. It is dog friendly and a lovely, quiet location. We had a great evening at Bar Silo, excellent food courtesy of the Cornish Maid and danced the evening away to a great band. The outside space of decking, garden & hot tub overlooking fields was perfect. There are some lovely walks, it's close to lot s of places of interest and we enjoyed going to the Fisherman's Arms.
Gillian
Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Hot tub was a wonderful - just wish the weather had been better to make more use of it.
Grant
We had a fabulous stay at the cottage. Cannot recommend the hosts highly enough. BarSilo was also a great treat on the Friday night with some awesome music, beer and food! We can't wait to go back!
Heidi
Really great location for exploring this part of Cornwall. The hot tub was a great asset and we made use of this every night ( just a shame it wasn't big enough for all 4 of us). We used the local pub which was lovely and visited the on-site Silo Bar which had a great atmosphere and would highly recommend. Some lovely walks into Fowey on the doorst ep and visits to nearby Looe, Polperro and Charlestown all close by car even used the ferry at Bodinnick. Would highly recommend this place.
Louise
Great dog friendly holiday home. The house had all we needed for the week and with the log burner was lovely and cosy. The hot tub was fantastic and was well maintained. Location was good, nothing in walking distance but short drive to Fowey and easy to get to lots of other towns and villages. We were disappointed the bar was closed as we had heard great things
Melissa
Will 100% stay here again. Lovely little house - well stocked kitchen and wonderful comfy lounge, with two small bedrooms below. Wet rooms in the bathrooms made it easy to clean (myself and dog) after beach day (I recommend par sands). Log burner and hot tub are lovely add one and use of the endless pool and snooker table were too. Location was gre at too - roads are narrow so you have to drive everywhere but Golant has great river for paddle boarding and Fowey and Par are just down the road.
Pat
!SELECTED!We !ENDOFSELECTED!loved staying at the property. Hot tub was great and the recreation facilities were good. Enjoyed the Silo bar the night it opened. Good location for exploring local coastal villages.

A lovely peaceful setting on the outskirts of Fowey. Great wifi signal, facilities within the cottage were good, tasteful decoration, plenty of space for our family of four. We were added to the guest list for the live music event and had some fresh flowers on arrival-a nice touch. Games room and library were great, made good use of this with our b oys!
Tiffany
We had everything thing we could need. We really enjoyed Bar Silo and being able to walk/cycle down to the Fisherman's arms, we didn't make the most of the pool or games room as we were so busy packing in all the the things the local area has to offer! We would definitely stay again, still so many things to do! We'll leave the bikes and bring a pad dle board next time! We'd certainly recommend.
Gill
Fantastic well equipped cottage and we made use of the washing machine and dishwasher regularly. We did have to buy our own washing and dishwasher capsules but were happy to do so. Owners are on site but not intrusive at all and were very helpful when we asked them about local dog walks. We visited Bar Silo on one of the Friday evenings and were pl easantly surprised with the well equipped bar and modern, clean toilets. We didn't eat there but the food looked amazing. Live band were good too
Christopher
Great place to stay, enjoyed the hot tub and chiminea in the cooler evenings. Lovely and clean. Bar Silo was a great night put. Close to Par beach which is dog friendly. Will definitely be going back.
Alan
We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Friendly and helpful owners. Comfy beds and pillows. Well equipped property. People with mobility issues might find the two flights of stairs challenging. Mobile reception a bit iffy due to location of property, needed to stand at top of garden for good signal. Overall a good holiday property
Jackie
Lovely accommodation where the owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable.
Jane
Lovely clean and well equipped cottage in beautiful location. Only negatives are could do with extra comfy chair in lounge if 4 people. However on addressing this the owners were quick to provide one. Also hottub was lovely and clean in a good spot, however it is not suitable for 4 people. Would be nice if was full size to accommodate everyone so ca n all enjoy together. There is enough space. Also a welcome pack of milk, scones and fizz would be a nice touch. But we had a lovely time, thank you x
Claire
Lovely place, pretty well equipped and good location for exploring Cornwall. Would definitely return.
John
Very warm and comfortable in every respect.
Anita
The perfect cottage to spend Xmas away from the hustle and bustle of town/work life. Quiet, cosy, enough amenities on site. Missed the Fri night bar though. Everything you need in the cottage. Felt like being at home! Very friendly owners, Debbie couldn't do enough for us, from a welcome bottle of cava, xmas tea, mints to xmas lights. Our dogs love d it. We enjoyed our meals at The Fisherman's Arms in Golant and Haveners in Fowey. Beach walks at Par Sands, Ready money Cove with cafe and Polkerris
Marie
A nice location and nice cottage Ensure you follow travel directions as sat nav will lead you astray and ignore parking signs No village shop Pool is very small with a jet to assist swimming
Cathy
Great place on a farm, went in november so the ferry at fowey was closed as was the local pub due to a covid outbreak. Would go again but maybe in warmer weather
Sylvia
The cottage is perfect for a quiet and relaxed break. We came with our heads buzzing and we just needed a break. We left fully refreshed and batteries fully recharged. The cottage is super cosy and we enjoyed the log burner as the weather was turning a little cooler. The hot tub was also used daily and the view of the stars during clear nights is p henomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.
June

Fantastic location. Organic farm and recycling. Not a lot of local info so research before you arrive. A few things not working and its beginning to look tired in places for a 5 . We never found the table tennis or the pool and didnt want to keep bothering the owners. The new on site pub is fab. We would have used it more and mingled with other gu ests but only open Friday evening.
