The site enjoys easy access to breathtaking beaches and wonderful seaside scenery. Discover the stunning coves of Lantic Bay (2 miles) and Lansallos Beach (2 miles), both National Trust beauty spots linked by the dramatic South West Coast Path.

Spend time exploring the charming riverside destinations of Polruan (3.5 miles) and Fowey (4 miles), connected by a ferry that allows you to experience the best of both locations. Heading inland, younger guests will love days out to Porfell Wildlife Park and Sanctuary (6.5 miles) and Adrenalin Quarry (18.5 miles), while visitors of all ages can enjoy a leisurely afternoon exploring the world-famous Eden Project (20 miles).

Surrounded by rolling meadows and open countryside, this stunning barn conversion is a real joy to behold. South-facing picture windows frame the wonderful views, while skylights flood the interiors with natural light.

The property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and centres around a spacious open-plan living area, perfect for gathering together to dine, relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing simple family meals, while the generous dining area features a generous farmhouse table.

After dinner, settle into the comfortable sofas to enjoy a film on the TV or gather for a family board game night. Underfloor heating keeps things cosy on cooler evenings.

The barn has three beautifully presented bedrooms: a spacious super-king-size, a twin, and a bunk room with full-sized double bunks. Each bedroom is dressed in crisp linens and furnished with soft, comfortable mattresses for a restful night’s sleep.

The property also benefits from two stylish shower rooms with walk-in showers: an en-suite adjoining the master bedroom and a second family bathroom conveniently located off the hallway. Step outside onto the private decking area, complete with outdoor seating and a fire pit – the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco dining and evenings beneath the stars.
