Fantastic property Kimberley has thought of absolutely everything made our stay very special. Wet room was so sumptuous fluffy robes for the hot tub everything was perfect. We hope to return some day.

Amazing, comfortable beautiful place everything you could possibly need or want the little touches were so nice too. Didnt want to leave. Only thing Id say is rubbish collection bit confusing., as we did what was asked and put bins out Thursday night for collection when we got back Friday bin had been returned locked but not emptied, so we did leave our last day rubbish inside property not sure what to do with it, we did phone and report it but no one got back to us as what to do. Xx

One Atlantic Watch is more than you could possibly imagine. The views are stunning but the accommodation is just wow. It has everything you could possibly want. The twin room is full of sea creatures so appealing for little ones and big ones lol , the attention to detail is second to none. We loved it and will definitely be back

Only had a four day break but we thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The accommodation is absolutely superb spotlessly clean, super comfy and the attention to detail is mind blowing! Loved the proximity and the local restaurants were great. Will definitely be back some time soon!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! The scones and bubbly with a Whistlefish card was such a lovely touch that made it very welcoming. Nothing was too much for Kimberly and she always replied to texts promptly. The view is the WOW factor here. From 1st impressions to lasting memories, an amazing place! It's not often you get to see dolphins from your bed or seals. Seeing the space station fly over when you're in the hot tub, followed by a meteor!

We booked our stay to recuperate after spending months caring for my mother while she was dying and agreed that Carbis Bay was the perfect spot for getting away from it all after she passed away. The apartment was just what we needed and we loved being a stone's throw from the footpath down to the beach while also having the fantastic view from the apartment, whether it was sunny or raining. It was smaller than we expected based on the photos but adequate space for our needs and the facilities were quite mindblowing. I especially loved the hot chocolate maker! The only thing that slightly spoiled it was the attitude of the people who arrived to clean as we were leaving. We made a big effort to leave it looking perfect for you and as a result it might have been as late as 1002 by the time we were ready to lock the door behind us. I understand checkout is 1000 but 2 minutes really isn't so much that they should have been surly and unpleasant with us, particularly when all the locals we had met up to that point were laid back and friendly. It was a pity to leave that taste in our mouths at the end of what was otherwise a beautiful holiday.

Thank you for our beautiful getaway. It has been so lovely to just get away from everything and be able to wake up with the biggest smiles whilst looking over the gorgeous view. Your apartment is honestly such a dream! It's homely, modern, classy and so luxurious. The finishing touches make it so special and every element of this place is so carefully thought out. It is so nice to see all the little beautiful details which present your love for the sea and how you have implemented little aspects of your personality. You have a spectacular flare for interior design. We are outrageously grateful for how incredible our stay has been thanks to you. We are dreading going back to reality but this has been the best escape we could have asked for. We would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Loved our stay at your stunning holiday home Kimberly. It is so luxurious we felt so relaxed and comfortable. You were very kind to provide the finer touches like the flowers, toiletries, chocolate, biscuits, milk, apple juice etc etc. We enjoyed Peppers Italian restaurant and Sunday Roast at Porthminster Kitchen in St Ives and afternoon tea at Carbis Bay hotel. Our other favourites include a drive to Padstow. Although there was lots of wind and rain, it did not spoil our holiday. Standing behind the Pendeen Lighthouse and seeing the sun go down at Lands End.

Our first holiday in 4 years and boy did we choose the right place. One Atlantic Watch is incredible! From the moment we stepped foot inside this beautiful house we knew this would be a holiday to remember. and that view! WOW! Thank you Kimberly for sharing you house. We have had an amazing time exploring Carbis Bay, St Ives, as well as visiting Lands End, the Lizard and enjoying a spot of football gold. This will definitely be the first of many trips back!

Thank you so much forletting us holiday in your beautiful beachy home. It truly is a piece of heaven and we have had a wonderfully relaxing and muchneeded break. This really would be my dream home. The decor and attention to detail and superhigh standard are beyond anything we could have hoped for. I wasn't sure how well equipped the kitchen would be so brought a few things from home, but I needn't have worried as you provided everything we would need and more! Your test very much mirrors my own and it has felt like a home from home minus the stunning views, a beach on the doorstep and a handy shuttle train to St Ives. We were lucky with the weather until the last day so went home rested and little sunburnt! We had a couple of days on the beach shellseeking and kayaking and a few trips to St Ives via the coastal path and some hills that felt like the north face got the tiger! A beautiful place you must love. We will be back again for sure.

This really is a slice of heaven a little idyll which captives the array of the Sea's moods. Although you have plenty of TV's, we have spent hours gazing out at the vast ocean following is daily narrative. The personal little touches make this a home away from home thank you so much Kimberly for pouring your heart into this Cornish oasis by the sea and sharing it with us. We are going to miss waking up to the sounds of waves and seagulls. Thank you for dealing so promptly with the minor issues we have had. A stunning property in a great setting in Caribs Bay. A really hi spec property with outlooks to Carbis Bay and towards St Ives.It was lovely to sit out on the patio area and watch the world go by.The hot tub was fantastic along with an unbelievable wet room.This house has all mod cons with the Bluetooth in every room where you could play music from your phone.The kitchen has everything and more than you need.This place is special and that is all thanks to the owner Kimberly who must have put a lot of her life into it.Thank you Kimberly for allowing us to be able to stay at such a wonderful place.Hope we can get back soon.

The property was fantastic but being accused of chipping a stone table and subsequently being charged for it was very disappointing. We wont be using Sykes Cottages again.

Wow, what a lovely location, fabulous view and brilliant and fun attention to detail. My grandson is having a delightful bubble bath before snuggling into bed after a very early start today! He is intending an early start start to the morning to enjoy the holt tub before breakfast. Such lovely luxury touches everywhere.

We are back for the 4th time here at Atlantic Watch and once again are reminded of the reasons why we keep on returning! AW is our little sanctuary and never fails to deliver, in fact if possible, it just keeps on getting better with the lovely extra touches Kimberly adds each year. All our needs re catered for and beyond! It's the attention to detail that make AW extra special as well as the Mr Bean DVD's, the hot tub, the luxurious feel and of course the stunning views. Wow! This place was fantastic before the refurbishment but now it's out of this world! An absolutely stunning and completely immaculate holiday home we've never stayed anywhere nicer. Despite mother natures attempts to scupper things we have had a brilliant week. Lots of lovely walks into St Ives along the coastal path, local adventures and some much needed paddling in the sea!! Our son is now a paddle boarding fan! Thank you for allowing us to spend such a wonderful week in your home!

Beautiful house, pure luxury filled with everything you could possibly need and more! Coming out of lockdown, this has been a breath of fresh air. We've stayed in many places in Carbis Bay but this has been the most comfortable. We've enjoyed it so much we're returning in November. Paradise Park - TR27 4HY

Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since. What was once just a tropical bird garden is now a refuge for many different species of animal and aims to be educational as well as fun for its visitors. The inhabitants include some typical UK creatures including Otters, and Red Squirrels as well as some more unusual and rare animals including Red Pandas. Younger children will enjoy meeting the friendly animals in the farm area. The site has recently been extended and now also has a fantastic Jungle Barn where kids can let of steam.

The Rock Gardens, Caves and Nursery - TQ5 9HG

about 10 Miles

The Rock Gardens Caves and Nursery have an amazing setting in the old Palace Quarry. The gardens offer an abundance of trees, plants and floral displays including a very grand 80ft Elm Tree and a stunning Weeping Ash. The site also offers a large carp pond, a breathtaking illuminated cave and a tea room serving tasty local produce.

A fantastic attraction with something for everyone. Combining rides, activities and exhibitions it's all here in the one place. Look out for seasonal events too such as the Fire in the Sky event on 27th October 2010 - discount advance tickets are available for most of the events so don't forget to check out their website. Some of the most popular thrill rides include the first Twisting Droptower in the UK called the Skyraker 001. The Hornert Rollercoaster is also not to be missed.

Land's End is one of Britain's best loved landmarks with its unique location offering breathtaking scenery and great natural splendour. The site has been developed to offer five family friendly attractions including an exhibition centre currently showing a fantastic Dr Who exhibition - a must for fans of the show. Other attractions include Scull Rock - A 4D film experience and Greeb Farm - A small animal farm which is sure to be a big hit with younger children. Inclusive tickets for all attractions are excellent value with a family of four costing just £25.00

Newquay Zoo - TR7 2NN

The award winning Newquay Zoo makes a fun family day out in North Cornwall. With over 130 different species of animals to see and plenty of fun activities for the kids this attraction is ideal. Recent additions to the zoo include the African Savanna and the Madagascan Walkthrough exhibit. Kids will love the play area, face painting, tarzan trail and animal encounters. Different events tale place throughout the year such as the Halloween Zoo Boo family fun event on 31st October.

Dairyland Farm World - TR8 5AA

Open from end March to end October this is a lovely attraction suited to families with kids of all ages. You don't need to worry about the weather either as this is an all weather attraction with the addition of soft play areas and a ball pool for the little ones. Some of the highlights include the Bull Pen indoor play area, the Raging Bulls Ride, Pat-aPet and the Mini tractors. Of course there is also the opportunity to get up close to the farm animals and try some bottle feeding.

Springfields Fun Park & Pony Centre - PL15 8EU

Springfields Fun Park & Pony Centre offers a day full of action and adventure for all the family come rain or shine. If the weather is good then children can take advantage of the vast open space to run around and play, enjoy pony rides, train rides, trampolines and Go-Karts and explore the nature trails. If the weather is not on your side then the huge play barn is the place to head and as climbing frames, slides, ball pool and rope swings as well as a baby and toddler area.
