Sweeping sea views take center stage at this superbly equipped bolthole; perfect for families or groups, this spacious detached property combines comfort with an unforgettable setting, offering a private hot tub for long, leisurely evenings overlooking the water.

The property is also perfectly located for an amble round the joys of Dawlish with its iconic sea front and Riviera Trainline, and its independent shops, cafés, bakeries, ice cream parlours, restaurants, pubs, and convenient public transport links. Spread across two floors, the house is designed for easy living.

As you enter Crows Nest, the ground floor flows from the hallway to a large bright living room, featuring a 50-inch tv and coastal style decor, through into a light-filled conservatory featuring a daybed and large dining table capable of seating up to 10 guests comfortably. Both spaces are positioned to make the most of its coastal outlook and patio doors in the conservatory provide access out into the garden, really bringing the outside in.

The large kitchen is well equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, including an electric fan-assisted oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There's also an additional table and chairs located in the kitchen, in keeping with the social feel of the property, and a further set of patio doors open straight onto the wrap-around garden ready for alfresco dining.

The ground floor also offers two bedrooms; a double bedroom and a flexible twin with zip+link beds that can provide a fourth double if preferred. A practical shower room equipped with toilet and sink makes this property ideal for guests with limited mobility.

This popular adventure park is full of thrills and excitement as well as having loads for younger children to take part in as well. The best theme park rides include the Tidal Wave log flume and Maximus the rollercoaster.  Other fantastic rides include the the New Vortex Watercoaster ride and the Queen Bess pirate ship.  Indoor fun is plentiful too with the Adventure Zone, the Magical Kingdom and Dina's Lost World.
Bicton Park and Gardens - EX9 7BJ

This year round attraction has been described as Devon's most magnificent historic gardens.  Located in the Otter Valley area of East Devon you can enjoy a fun day out in a picturesque setting. Highlights include historic Palm house, containing some of the world’s most endangered species and Bicton Woodland Railway - which takes you on a 25 minute journey through the lovely grounds.  For children there is a miniature village with mini golf, nature trail and indoor play area.
Hedgehog Hospital at Prickly Ball Farm - EX20 3TA

If you are looking for a fun family day out with a difference then a visit to the Hedgehog Hospital is a great choice. While visiting the hospital children can learn about these shy wild animals and the dangers they face in the wild as well as how we can help them. The farm is a halfway house for sick hedgehogs and children can meet some of the animals that are almost ready to go back to the wild. The farm also has a gift shop, a coffee shop and a wildlife garden as well as a pet's area with Rabbits and Guinea Pigs.
Paignton Zoo - TQ4 7EU

Paignton Zoo is one of the UK's largest zoos and is home to thousands of animals from all over the world. Family favourites include the fun and playful Lemurs of Lemur Wood, and the inquisitive and cheeky Monkeys of Monkey Heights. The zoo also aims to educate its visitors and offers regular talks and displays. Other activities include Face Painting, Boat Rides around Gibbon Island and miniature Train Rides. There is also a large Play Area, Restaurant and several Snack Bars.
The Donkey Sanctuary - EX10 0NU

The Donkey Sanctuary is a working refuge for rescued Donkeys but is also a popular place for a day trip in South Devon. The site will appeal to animal lovers of all ages and gives visitors the chance to meet some of the friendly animals and also learn about the work done at the sanctuary. River Dart Country Park - TQ13 7NP

River Dart Country Park has over 90 acres of woods offering stunning scenic walks, beautiful lakes and open parkland. The park also has a good range of facilities for children including Jungle Ropes, Climbing Frames, Cargo Nets and a wooden Pirate Ship. For younger children there is a toddlers Play Area and a small Beach. During high season supervised activities may include the mega Zip Wire, Canoeing and Rock Climbing.

Woodlands in Dartmouth is a fantastic theme park with non stop fun for everyone.
